About

Omiomi Main is a hot pot restaurant serving dumpling hot pot made with dumplings folded in-house alongside arrowroot naengmyeon. Omiomi's handmade jumbo dumplings come in meat and kimchi versions, made mild with bracken and shiitake mushrooms, and the hot pot at Omiomi Main comes in a choice of mild, spicy or beef tripe broth, with vegetables, shabu-shabu meat, shrimp and jumbo dumplings. After the hot pot, Omiomi Main serves a complimentary mul-naengmyeon.

The arrowroot naengmyeon broth at Omiomi Main is simmered from beef brisket and ox bone, a method the restaurant says it learned at a naengmyeon restaurant in Incheon.
