A great ssambap spot for lunch in Misa

This is a Hanam lunch spot on the second floor of Hyundai Cluster 3, across from Misa Hue Plus Complex 11. Basement parking is available in the building too, so keep that in mind when you visit.

Dolsoe Ssambap (돌쇠쌈밥) is a lovely place to stop for lunch around Misa, since you can try delicious ssambap, a Korean meal of rice and fillings wrapped in leafy vegetables! Its location also seemed especially convenient for office workers.

A spacious interior for group gatherings too

The interior is very spacious, with a clean, polished style! Since the restaurant is roomy, it looked great for groups as well. Most of the seating is at tables for four. There are also tables in the center that work well for groups, making this a good place for a dinner gathering in Misa too!

Ordering the Dolsoe Spicy Pork Ssambap for three

You can order through the tablet at each table! There are many different ssambap set meals, with quite a selection to choose from. Pork ribs, spicy pork, thin-sliced pork belly, beef brisket, beef bulgogi, and more—there are so many options, right? I ordered the Dolsoe Spicy Pork Ssambap for three, ₩42,000!

Not long after ordering, the leafy vegetables for wrapping with the ssambap arrived! They come with assorted side dishes as well. The selection of side dishes and wrap vegetables is pretty good, isn't it?

Smoky spicy pork and satisfying accompaniments

Our main dish arrived! It had been a while since I last wanted spicy pork ssambap, so I ordered the spicy pork, and it came in a generous three-person portion. As soon as it arrived, I could catch that gentle smoky aroma, and my mouth was watering right away :)

The meal comes with two kinds of ssamjang, a savory dipping paste for wraps: seafood ssamjang and mackerel ssamjang! It also includes steamed egg to enjoy alongside the ssambap, so the whole spread felt really well put together. Having several kinds of ssamjang made it fun to enjoy different combinations.

Spicy pork that went perfectly with wraps and white rice

The spicy pork was tender, and the seasoning was so delicious! It had a deep smoky flavor that made it wonderfully savory, and it was such a perfect match for plain white rice :) It was also really tasty wrapped in the leafy vegetables—their crunch went perfectly with the smoky pork 👍

When I wrapped it with perilla leaf, its distinctive fragrance paired so well with the pork's smoky flavor! The spicy pork also has vegetables such as onion mixed in. The portion was generous and delicious, and there were plenty of different wrap vegetables, so it is great for a tasty lunch. The restaurant is spacious too, so it would be nice for a Misa dinner gathering as well :) I want to come back for another delicious ssambap meal next time!
