Seafood noodle soup near Eulwangri Beach, Incheon: Haesanggung

Today, I’m introducing a great place for seafood kalguksu (knife-cut noodle soup) in Eulwangri that I visited to get some fresh air and eat something delicious💛 For some reason, being near the sea always makes me crave kalguksu or seafood dishes even more. Kalguksu loaded with seafood in a refreshing yet warm broth tastes especially good by the beach🌊🦐 The place I visited this time was Haesanggung (해상궁)!!! And the location is!!! There are so many good restaurants when you take a trip to Eulwangri that it can be hard to choose where to go. This time, I wanted warm broth with seafood in it, so I chose seafood kalguksu🍜 The broth is the most important part of seafood kalguksu, isn’t it? The seafood gives it that clean, refreshing flavor, and the warm broth with chewy noodles made for a really filling meal~! Eating near the beach made it feel even more like a trip, and somehow the food tasted even better than usual🥰

Kalguksu is fun because you can enjoy the noodles and broth together, and seafood kalguksu feels even more abundant with the addition of seafood. Take a spoonful of broth, then slurp up the noodles—it feels warm and refreshing at the same time!
