Freeze-dried curly kale powder for easy breakfasts, 15 sachets
In short
I tested 15 individually packed sachets of organic freeze-dried curly kale powder in Korea over several mornings, mixing it into water or yogurt. The fine powder blended well even in cold water, but I preferred it in yogurt or a smoothie, where the grassy flavor was less noticeable.

I usually find it inconvenient to make sure I eat vegetables. Wanting to cut down on the shopping, washing, and prep, I tried Organic Freeze-Dried Curly Kale Powder, 100% Curly Kale, 15 Sachets.

What did I look for in the ingredients and product description?
I liked that the ingredient list was simple—100% organic curly kale—and that it was simply curly kale powder without unnecessary additives. I could mix it with water and drink it like green juice, so preparation was simple too.

The product description stated that it had passed a test for non-detection of 512 types of pesticide residues. Reading this made me feel reassured.

It also said that the powder was concentrated by 1,500% through ultrafine particles and that freeze-drying minimized nutrient loss. The information about the ingredients and processing method stood out to me when choosing the product.

Was it convenient to have one sachet at a time?
With 15 sachets, I found it easy to have one a day. The serving did not feel excessive, which made it easy to keep up.

The individual packaging was convenient to take along when commuting or going out, and I thought it would be good to pack for travel too. Not needing refrigeration was convenient as well.

Did it blend well in cold water or yogurt?
On busy mornings, I drank it mixed with water or ate it mixed into yogurt. Since it is a powder, it was easy to add to foods I already ate.

The powder was fine, so it blended well into water or yogurt and was easy to consume without clumping. Since I could use one sachet at a time, I did not need to scoop out a separate amount.

I could pour cold water directly over the powder without first dissolving it in hot water.

Mixed with water, it became a green drink. I could prepare a glass without separately prepping vegetables.

How grassy was it, and did I prefer water or yogurt?
The flavor was milder than I expected. To my taste, curly kale's characteristic bitterness and grassy flavor were not strong, and I did not notice artificial sweetness or flavoring.
I preferred mixing it into yogurt or a smoothie over water. In particular, the grassy flavor was barely noticeable in yogurt, and it paired with the yogurt's freshness for a nutty, clean taste.
What did I notice after having it for several days?
After having it consistently for several days, I felt that my stomach was more comfortable and that my eating habits were naturally becoming more organized. These were personal changes I noticed while having it.

What I liked most was the convenience. I usually struggle to make sure I eat vegetables, but mixing it into water or yogurt was not burdensome even on busy mornings. For the time being, I would like to keep having it with yogurt.
