When going outdoors with the kids, I needed a towel that we could easily spread out or drape over ourselves. I tried the large Lifeclue Beach Towel on an outing with my elementary-school-aged son, where we played ball and ate snacks.

How does the design look when spread out outdoors?
The first thing that caught my eye was its western-inspired design. The blue-and-orange combination suited the summer mood nicely, and I liked how it looked in photos too.

While playing near home with the kids, I draped it over a chair. Just one towel gave it the feeling that we had gone camping or on a picnic.

What is the large size useful for?
It was generously sized enough to cover a chair. It was large enough for the kids to dry off after water play, and I thought it would also work well for blocking the sun outdoors or simply spreading on the ground to sit on.

How were the weight, drying speed, and feel of the material?
My favorite part was the microfiber material. It felt lighter than the regular cotton towels I usually use, and it absorbed moisture well. When I am outside with the kids, there are lots of times to wipe away water or sweat, so it was convenient that it dried quickly.

Rather than feeling stiff, it felt soft like suede. It seemed less irritating against my skin, so I thought it would be fine for the kids to use too.
How are the storage and finishing after use?
After using it, I rolled it up and secured it with the attached elastic band, and it tidied up neatly. It did not take up much room in a bag or suitcase, so I thought it would be good to pack for travel too.
The overlock stitching looked sturdy as well. My impression was that it would not come undone easily, even with frequent washing.

For this outdoor activity near home, its light weight, quick drying, and easy storage were especially convenient. I also liked the design, so I would like to bring it along when I go to the park with the kids or head out for travel and camping.
