- Lamb ribs ₩25,000
- Seasoned pork neck ₩18,000
- Hangover teolleogi sujebi (hand-pulled dough soup) ₩14,000
Along with the meat the staff recommended, we ordered one teolleogi sujebi, which seems like something you can only get at Dangsan Odol.

The side dishes came in a lineup that suits eating with meat. There was a nice variety of sauces too, so you can try lots of combinations.

If you need more side dishes, there's a self-serve bar, so you don't have to call a staff member. Very convenient.

The first thing we ordered at Dangsan Odol Bangi Branch was the shoulder lamb ribs (₩25,000). They're said to be tender with little gamey smell, and popular among lamb fans, so I was curious and ordered them.
It was my first time grilling lamb ribs myself, so I was fumbling a bit, but a staff member came over, showed me how to grill them and helped. The staff were friendly overall, which made the meal even more pleasant.
The ribs were juicy with almost no gamey smell, and the texture was tender. After trying them, I can see why lamb lovers keep coming back.

At first I hesitated, because I usually don't like pork neck for its dry texture. But it was the staff's recommendation, so I gave it a try. It felt a little different from the pork neck I'd imagined, and it wasn't dry, so it was easy to enjoy.
What does the hangover teolleogi sujebi taste like?

The hangover teolleogi sujebi (₩14,000) at Dangsan Odol Bangi Branch is made with dough kneaded with mulberry leaves, plus assorted vegetables and a dried shrimp broth. The broth was tasty and the dough was cooked just right, with a nice texture.
