Fluffy Bake Shop is open Mon–Fri 08:00–18:30, and weekends & holidays 11:00–16:30. Since it opens at 8 on weekdays, you can grab a coffee and a sweet treat for your daily sugar fix on the way to work!! 👍🏻

With tray in hand, let's carefully pick out one delicious dessert at a time :-) First thing that caught my eye — the egg tart!! I love pretty much all desserts, but egg tarts are on a whole other level for me...

How did the madeleines and egg tarts taste at the office?

We brought the pretty desserts from Fluffy Bake Shop straight back to the office and dug in.

The egg tart had that perfect crisp-yet-moist balance and was so good!! The financier was crisp outside and tender inside, and each madeleine flavor had its own distinct, appealing taste! Baked to just the right degree — soft and moist all the way through.

They taste great and look just as pretty, so they'd make a wonderful gift. That was Fluffy Bake Shop, a Gongdeok Station dessert and bakery café 🫶🏻
