24-hour café in Seohyeon for smooth latte & warm ciabatta: Slowway

24-hour cafés are rare these days, so when I heard Slowway Coffee Bundang Seohyeon branch had opened in Seohyeon, I went with my sister for a coffee. It's bigger than I expected and the interior is so pretty, a real feast for the eyes 👍

This café near Seohyeon Station has a 1st and 2nd floor, so it's huge~~ And there are really lots of parking spaces out front!!

Even the entrance has so much charm. I'm so jealous of whoever comes up with designs like this, haha

What's the atmosphere like inside Slowway's Seohyeon branch?

The 1st floor of Slowway's Seohyeon branch is really spacious, clean and pretty. Everything sparkles, and it's a great spot for taking photos. There's a 2nd floor too, but sadly I couldn't take any photos of it 😭 From what I saw on other blogs, the 2nd floor has a great atmosphere as well.

Slowway Coffee menu and prices

Slowway's coffee is split into beans with acidity and beans without, and I love that! Personally I prefer no acidity.

For dessert there are colorful slice cakes and a teddy bear cake too. The little bear is SO cute...............😭 I want to take him home, hahaha

The bar is completely open, so you can watch the coffee being made. Watching the coffee drip down is oddly healing, you know?

And here comes our daily bread. The sandwich looked just like a baby wrapped in a blanket, and my sister and I laughed so much, haha

How do the café latte and the no-acidity Americano taste?

The café latte at Slowway Coffee (₩7,000) is super smooth. Do they use really good milk?? Anyway... it's delicious. Places with a truly good latte are surprisingly rare, and I found one!

For the Americano (₩6,000) you can choose beans with or without acidity, and I went with no acidity!! It was nutty and clean, and I enjoyed it so much. I have an undiscerning palate so I honestly can't tell much about coffee, but this coffee was definitely good. I think I'm learning a lot about coffee lately?

Does the ham and cheese ciabatta sandwich go with coffee?

The ham and cheese ciabatta sandwich at Slowway Coffee (₩9,800) is sooo good. I think it's even better because the ciabatta is warm. The ham, cheese and tomato inside are delicious, so delicious. I had a ciabatta sandwich last week or the week before and got hooked, and I can't seem to get out of it, haha

Fresh vegetables, ham and cheese inside soft, fluffy, warm ciabatta is such a great combination. There's also plenty of sauce in it, and I'm curious how they make it. If I knew, I'd want to make it at home all the time, haha

Slowway Coffee Bundang Seohyeon branch: overall review

First of all, Slowway Coffee Bundang Seohyeon branch is just so pretty. It's big, with a 1st and 2nd floor, and the interior is so stylish that simply going to the café makes me happy, hahaha

It's also quiet overall, so it's good for studying, good for working, good for reading a book alone, good for everything!! The ham and cheese ciabatta was tastier than I expected, so it paired really well with coffee. I recommend this Bundang café, Slowway Coffee Bundang Seohyeon branch!!
