At Wunder Coffee Bar, the café in the Hyundai Premium Outlet in Songdo, I ordered three things: an ube Einspänner (a coffee drink topped with cream), a hojicha ice cream Gato, and a tangerine-grapefruit ade. Lots of cafés have ube drinks these days, and Wunder Coffee Bar has one too. Wow, really.. wow.. it was so good I kept gasping, and I was already planning to have it again while eating. Let me tell you about the ube drink, the hojicha ice cream and the tangerine-grapefruit ade!

Wunder Coffee Bar has three cream drinks: Cream Matcha, Cream Ube and Cream Chocolate. All three are can't-go-wrong combos! They look so good, don't they?

The signature items at Wunder Coffee Bar are the Gato, the soft serve ice cream and the Einspänner series. I hadn't visited in a while, and now there's an Einspänner series and ube drinks too!

The kaimak (Turkish-style clotted cream) is also super famous and really good.

Is the Wunder Coffee Bar tangerine-grapefruit ade not sweet?

The tangerine-grapefruit ade at Wunder Coffee Bar has almost no sweetness, and it cleans up your palate nicely. Honestly, since there are so many coffee drinks, I first thought of it as just the safest ade, but it turned out to be a surprising dark horse. The sweetness of tangerine and the freshness of grapefruit blend together well and leave your mouth feeling really clean! Take a sip between bites of the ube Einspänner and the Gato, and your mouth feels refreshed and you want more dessert again, like magic. 😂

How does the hojicha ice cream Gato taste?

The hojicha ice cream Gato adds the bitterness of espresso to the nutty, roasted aroma of hojicha (roasted green tea), and it has a different charm from a regular affogato. The ice cream looks really thick and rich, doesn't it? You can strongly taste hojicha's nutty, roasted aroma, and with the sweetness of the ice cream added, the combination was really good.

I liked the smooth taste that comes when espresso meets ice cream, and it had a different charm from an ordinary affogato. The bitterness of the coffee, the sweetness of the ice cream and the deep flavor of hojicha blend naturally, and it was truly addictive. ☕🍨

What is the key to the ube Einspänner?

The kick of the Wunder Coffee Bar ube Einspänner is the cream on top. And the real kick of the ube Einspänner.. is this cream, T.T!!

Was the caffeine strong even when ordered decaf?

I ordered the ube Einspänner decaf and still couldn't sleep that night. I think the caffeine at Wunder Coffee Bar is seriously strong. I didn't sleep that day T.T even though I definitely ordered decaf.. but decaf does still have some caffeine, right?

I recommend Wunder Coffee Bar as a rest stop while shopping at the Hyundai Premium Outlet in Songdo, and if you go with friends, it's best to share several items.
