In short
Dalgom's is a fried chicken takeaway stall at Jeil Market near Uijeongbu Station. I tried its bite-size chicken gangjeong, which was crisp outside, juicy inside, and evenly coated in a sweet-and-savory sauce; it worked well as a snack while browsing the market or to take home and share.

I stopped by Dalgom's (닭강정 달곰's) at Jeil Market near Uijeongbu Station. Its bite-size chicken gangjeong (sweet-and-savory glazed fried chicken) made a good snack while browsing the market.

Where is it, and are takeout and parking available?
Dalgom's is in Uijeongbu Jeil Market, at 56 Simin-ro 143beon-gil, Uijeongbu-si, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea. The original post lists its hours as 10:00–21:00, and says takeout, delivery, and reservations are available. Uijeongbu Jeil Market parking lot is listed as the parking location.

Jeil Market has food and things to see gathered together, so it was nice to have a snack while looking around. I thought Dalgom's chicken gangjeong would also work well to take away from the market or bring home to share with family.

How were the sauce and texture of the chicken gangjeong?
The bite-size chicken was evenly tossed in sauce. Each bite tasted sweet and savory, with a crisp exterior and a juicy interior. The sauce did not feel too heavy to me.

Is it easy to eat as a snack while browsing the market?
If you are looking for food around Uijeongbu Station, it would be nice to look around Jeil Market as well. I enjoyed browsing the different foods and choosing a snack.

I liked being able to enjoy a snack while taking in the market's lively atmosphere.

I found chicken gangjeong easy to carry and eat after getting it to go, and it seemed suitable for taking home too.

Because the pieces were bite-size, they were easy to pick up one by one with chopsticks. If you like crisp fried chicken and sweet sauce, the flavor may suit you.

Would it be good to take home and share?
I thought it would be nice to stop by the market with family, take some home, and share it, or bring it home after work for a snack or late-night bite. It came to mind for when ordering a whole chicken feels like too much but you are craving crisp chicken.

Because of the sweet sauce, I thought it would be fine to eat with children, and it also seemed to pair well as a snack with beer or other drinks. Rather than a full meal, I enjoyed trying it as one of the market's many foods.
