Dojeok Suwon is a Korean BBQ restaurant just behind Na Hye-seok Street in Suwon, Gyeonggi. My wife and I ordered three portions of knife-scored pork belly, rice, and steamed egg, with soybean paste stew included with the rice. Verdict: an easy, filling post-work dinner with expertly grilled pork.
