I was hunting for good handmade burgers around Seoul National University Entrance and ended up at Daily Fix Seoul National University Entrance! It's already famous as Jjuya's burger place, and it blew up after Kang Min-kyung recommended it — I was curious, and after trying it myself I get why it's mentioned so often as a must-visit handmade burger spot!
It's about a 2-minute walk from Seoul National University Entrance Station so it's really accessible, the vibe is fine for solo dining too, and I'd 100% go back.

Is this New York or what?? It's got that American burger house feel through and through. I ate in the restaurant, but there were a ton of delivery orders coming in!
Apparently chefs who worked at Michelin 2-star and 3-star restaurants in New York branded this place to make a more refined burger. The Korean beef patty is the core of it, and it came in second at the Korea Burger Championship by just 0.02 points — honestly, it was tastier than the burgers I've had in America!

The truffle aroma really comes through, and layered with the savory depth of the grilled mushrooms, it definitely has a different charm from the double cheese burger. My personal pick is still the cheeseburger, but for mushroom lovers, highly recommend! The mushroom texture is great and the truffle flavor is fantastic.

Daily Fix's double cheese burger uses a 300g Korean beef patty so you can enjoy it even heavier ❤️
Coleslaw on the side at Daily Fix
And there's coleslaw to cut through the richness! Working through burgers and fries, you eventually need something fresh in between, so I ordered chili fries and coleslaw together. Coleslaw is my all-time favorite side~
If you're looking for a burger place on Sharosu-gil, I highly recommend this one — I honestly think it's tastier than the burgers I had in America. I'd totally go back~~
