What we ordered at Dalmatian Suwon and the prices
Now let's get to the most important part — the food! Our order was truffle mushroom soup (₩13,000), shrimp rosé pasta (₩25,000), truffle steak risotto (₩26,000), Bismarck pizza (₩25,000), and to drink, iced americano (₩4,000) and lemonade (₩7,000).
The table filled up with food and the visuals alone were insane! First up was the truffle mushroom soup, packed with real button mushrooms, soft and deep in flavor — a perfect way to whet the appetite. The truffle aroma that hit as soon as I took a bite really got my appetite going.
Truffle steak risotto and shrimp rosé pasta
Next up, the truffle steak risotto (₩26,000) and shrimp rosé pasta (₩25,000) also exceeded expectations. The steak on top of the risotto was especially tender, and the combo of the risotto's savory flavor with the steak was insane!
If you love meat, you'll fall for this — it really showed off why this is one of the best steak restaurants at Starfield Suwon. The steak's juiciness blended with the truffle flavor, and every bite drew an audible gasp from me. The shrimp rosé pasta was excellent too, with plump shrimp giving a great bite and a deep rosé sauce flavor — truly living up to its reputation as a top pasta restaurant for a date at Starfield Suwon. I scraped the plate clean, not a drop of sauce left.
The unexpected star: Bismarck pizza
And the unexpectedly amazing dish was the Bismarck pizza (₩25,000). The dough was so chewy and savory, on a completely different level from regular pizza dough! Even the edge of the crust was crispy and chewy — truly delicious.
I've been to other Dalmatian locations and tried various menus, and I felt the Suwon branch stood out especially for cleanliness, service, and the overall quality of the food. I felt proud to have found a proper dog-friendly restaurant and steak restaurant, both at Starfield Suwon.

Finishing off with refreshing lemonade and a cool iced americano made for a truly satisfying meal.
