What is Dalgeuraem, the bakery café at Gyesan Station?

Dalgeuraem (달그램) is a newly opened bakery café on Jubuto-ro 543beon-gil, right near Gyesan Station in Incheon. It is open 10:00 to 22:00 and closed every Monday.

A cozy, charming, comfortable café, with desserts you can't stop eating once you start! I visited Dalgeuraem, a newly opened café with a really lovely vibe. It's a converted house with great atmosphere, and the desserts were so, so delicious that I was totally surprised~ Dalgeuraem, the Gyesan Station café worth knowing!

A converted house, outside and in

This is Dalgeuraem's exterior! A café in a converted house with a great mood~ The entrance has such a European feel that it made me want to go to Europe, sob. Even the tiniest props are atmospheric and stylish.

And this is the inside! I went at an awkward in-between hour in the afternoon, yet every seat was packed, so I figured this place is the real deal and didn't want to miss it, hahaha. I put my name on the waiting list and went in, what dedication, haha. Looking around inside, the props were totally my taste~

Restroom and self-service zone

The restroom is inside the café, which is so convenient~ Inside there was hand soap and hand lotion, and on one side hair ties, hair pins, cotton swabs and even solid mouthwash! What is this level of thoughtful service~~ haha.

The self-service zone has water and cups ready~ I always drink water at a café, so this was really handy!

What cakes and breads does Dalgeuraem have?

The Dalgeuraem showcase had an Ojamong (grapefruit) cake, banana Mont Chocolat, sweet pumpkin cream cheese, mango fresh cream cake, kiwi yogurt cake, kiwi fresh cream cake and honeydew vanilla cake. It looked like a lot had already sold out since I went in the afternoon, but everything looked delicious at a glance!!

Financiers, madeleines and six kinds of salt bread

Besides cakes, the bakery corner has quite a lot of breads! And lots of kinds of salt bread (soft, buttery rolls with a salted base)~

Popular breads sell out in the morning

Dalgeuraem also has garlic baguettes and chewy white rolls, but I love white rolls and they were sold out, sob. I heard they were all gone already in the morning... If you love them, hurry in the morning!

There are also pain au chocolat, chocho-pumdalgi scones (strawberry scones with chocolate) and egg tarts. After finishing my coffee I planned to take a pain au chocolat to go, hahahaha, and even that was sold out, sob. The delicious ones go early, so run, run~ hahaha

The drinks are well put together, with signature drinks, coffee, non-coffee, ades and teas~ Every item felt like it was something special!

Desserts and drinks the family ordered

That day at Dalgeuraem we ordered a mango fresh cream cake, a strawberry scone, an iced Americano, a flat peach ade and a vanilla bean cream latte. I prefer an iced Americano with dessert, so that was mine; my little one is an ade person and got the beloved peach ade; and my husband (Ppangttong's dad) is a signature-drink guy, so he got a signature! Each to their own taste~

Mango fresh cream cake, ₩8,200

Dalgeuraem's mango fresh cream cake is ₩8,200. Mangoes are so good right now, haha. The cream was really soft and sweet, the mango was sweet too, a sweetness overload!!!!! The sponge was soft as well, and we finished it in a flash~

Chocolate strawberry scone with strawberry cream inside

From the name, I thought the chocolate-holding strawberry scone had some secret, you know? Wow..... I looked inside and it was holding strawberry cream!!! Amaaaazing~~ I've eaten lots of scones but never one like this!!! It's super tasty, so try it!

I gasped at how the drinks looked!! Already delicious to the eyes, hahaha

Flat peach ade with chewy fruit pieces

Dalgeuraem's flat peach ade.. aaah.... what a look! And the taste is no joke either!! I thought the bottom might be jelly, but it's peach pulp you can chew on and on! Highly recommend!!!!

Vanilla bean cream latte and iced Americano

The cream on top of the vanilla bean cream latte is so soft and smooth! Moderately sweet, and yes, this is a real signature!!! haha The iced Americano is nutty with no sourness!!!

My eyes were dazzled by the desserts, so I took some to go!

The financier was full of moistness and richness~ Oh, Dalgeuraem is a bakery café I want to work through the whole menu of!! If you want delicious bakery items and drinks, I totally recommend Dalgeuraem in Gyesan-dong!!!!
