My face is pretty asymmetrical to begin with, and it looks even more obvious when I shoot with the rear camera, right? T_T So I went to The Esthetic Sumiwon Daegu Suseong-gu branch, known for facial contouring in Suseong-gu and for bridal esthetics, and had a full décolleté treatment along with correction of my arms, trapezius and face shape!

Getting there by subway from Beomeo Station
Take Exit 8 of Beomeo Station and walk all the way to the end of Beomeo Art Street.

When you open the door, the consultation room is right on the right, and on the left there are several treatment rooms.
The business registration certificate and the business operation permit were neatly displayed too.
The treatment room is a private space for one person, and I found all the different machines so fascinating. (Am I the only one who gets excited seeing professional equipment like this?!)
How does the small face care consultation work?
At The Esthetic Sumiwon, the consultation happens while you fill out a chart after arriving.
There are separate charts for skin and for the face. Since I was getting small face care, I filled out the face consultation chart.
My concerns were facial asymmetry, a square jaw and lifting. During the consultation they explained that small face care first tidies up the overall face contour, and at the next session they work on details such as the square jaw, lifting or a peanut-shaped face. They also told me that small face care includes décolleté work.
From décolleté to contour: the treatment process
The treatment room at The Esthetic Sumiwon is a one-person space with a bed and a powder room, so I could be treated in private. Before starting, they checked my posture, and in my case they said I have rounded shoulders because my core is weak. We started with the décolleté, focusing on that.
The décolleté treatment mainly works on the lymph node areas: neck, shoulder blades, shoulders and trapezius. As the knotted trapezius is loosened, the collarbone line gets tidier too. That is small face care here.
When we moved on to contour care, they did the left side first and asked me to check in the mirror whether I could see a difference. Can you see how the left side is lifted and the contour tidied up? I didn't react much during the treatment, but I was really surprised when I looked in the mirror haha
After the treatment they also served tea, so I could wind down calmly at the end.
One session of small face care: before and after, did it work?
The top photo is the before, the bottom photo is the after. Can you see how everything from the shoulders to the upper arms has been tidied up...? I was honestly shocked by that shoulder line and upper arm. Such a big effect from just one session? So this is why people get esthetic treatments..
I told you they said I have rounded shoulders before the treatment, right? My left shoulder was originally a bit lower and the right one higher, and that gap shrank noticeably too. Seeing the swelling, line and contour tidied up after only one session, I am 100% going back.
