Pascucci Daegu Chilgok3jigu-jeom is a café about a 5-minute walk from Palgeo Station. It is open until midnight Sunday to Thursday, and on weekends (Fri–Sat) all the way until 2am the next morning. There are plenty of restaurants nearby too, so it's a great Chilgok café to drop into after dinner!

There's no Pascucci in my neighborhood, so I'd get cravings for it every now and then. This one is near Palgeo Station, so I went with my mom for a meal and then coffee :) Did you know Pascucci has a surprising number of tasty things on its menu? 👀

You can park 3–4 cars in front of the shop, but since it's a busy spot, I'd recommend the Chilgok Public Parking Lot next to Gangbuk Fire Station! You can order at the counter or conveniently at a kiosk, which I liked.

From coffee lovers to people who can't drink coffee, I thought "there must be something here for everyone!" The drinks and desserts are so varied that picking is half the fun.

Is it easy to get a seat at Pascucci on a weekday afternoon?

Even on a weekday afternoon Pascucci Daegu Chilgok3jigu-jeom was bustling, but the space is large, so there were enough seats. There are all kinds of cakes, light snacks and even gelato, so choosing was fun, and the big space stretching out behind the goods zone was impressive.

The crowd really showed how popular Pascucci is, and with so much room it looks good for families or group gatherings too.

How are Pascucci's decaf Americano and flat peach granita?

Mom and I ordered a decaf Americano, a flat peach granita and an Earl Grey milk tea cake, and all three were a success! If you think decaf coffee doesn't taste good, I recommend trying Pascucci's decaf. It was nutty, the coffee bean aroma came through well, and I really enjoyed it haha.

Granita might be unfamiliar, but think of it as a kind of shake topped with gelato for extra flavor and chill. Once you fall for this one, it's hard to climb out, it's that good 😝 When plain gelato isn't quite enough and you want a cold drink that goes down easy, Pascucci has a wide range of granitas, so I recommend trying them!

How was Pascucci's Earl Grey milk tea cake?

Pascucci's Earl Grey milk tea cake was moderately sweet, with a nicely bittersweet Earl Grey aroma. On the flat peach granita, the topping is yogurt gelato rather than ice cream, and it pairs perfectly with the shake, so it was fresh, sweet and delicious.

My mom said Chilgok used to feel like the countryside, but now it's a total downtown area, and she loved that.
