Cheonan café summer bakes: corn flan & coco mango madeleine, Brewers

Today I'm introducing Brewers Coffee, a café in Sinbu-dong!

Where is Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch, and where can you park?

Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch is at 20 Meokgeori 9-gil, Dongnam-gu, Cheonan, Chungnam (458-3 Sinbu-dong). It's open 12:00 - 21:00 (last order 20:30). Parking, reservations and takeout are all available.

This Sinbu-dong café sits inside the Sinbu-dong food alley, across from Shinsegae Department Store Cheonan Asan~ It's in the alley behind Sinbu Culture Park, and if you turn into the alley next to Samyukga you'll see a black standalone building! It's right across from Taeyang Sikdang and right next to Sinbu 4th public parking lot, so it's easy to find~ There's a bus stop nearby, so it's good for public transport, and if you drive, the nearby Sinbu public parking lot is said to be free for the first 30 minutes!

When should you visit Brewers Coffee for the best selection of baked goods?

If you go in the afternoon, a lot of the baked goods at Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch are sold out, so I recommend going at opening time if you want to try a variety. I visited on a weekday afternoon and it was really crowded~ Besides people dining in, there were so many takeout orders too, so I could really feel this is a top dessert spot in Sinbu-dong ^^;;

What's on the drink menu at Brewers Coffee?

This is the drink menu of Brewers Coffee in Sinbu-dong~ Besides the signature Brewers Coffee and 041 Coffee, there are lots of other coffee options! The non-coffee drinks are really varied too~ Maybe because it's summer, iced tea, ade and juice were super popular!

What are the summer-only baked goods at Brewers Coffee?

This summer, the limited items at Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch were the chodang corn flan and the coco mango madeleine. This Sinbu-dong dessert café is really famous for its delicious baked goods~ There are many kinds of madeleines, financiers (small almond-butter cakes) and canelés (caramelized French pastries), and the seasonal limited items are very popular!

On the left of the ordering counter you can help yourself to water, wet wipes and napkins! Coffee beans are on display and you can buy them too~ And the restroom is to the left of the shelf!

How does the Americano at Brewers Coffee taste?

The Americano at Brewers Coffee has low acidity, so it was nice to drink with baked goods. My order came out shortly~ I ordered an iced Americano, a chodang corn flan and a coco mango madeleine!

The Americano is low in acidity, so it's easy to drink~ It's just right alongside baked goods! The coffee tastes good, so I recommend it~

For baked goods I ordered the summer-only chodang corn flan and coco mango madeleine! They just look like summer, which I loved~

How was the chodang corn flan at Brewers Coffee?

The chodang corn flan at Brewers Coffee is made with chodang sweet corn and vanilla custard cream! I remember enjoying it last year too, so I was really happy to see it back ^^ The corn topping is lightly torched on top, which made it look even more appetizing~

The custard cream was rich and very tasty, and the popping corn kernels gave it a great texture! It's a perfect early-summer treat~

How was the coco mango madeleine at Brewers Coffee?

The Brewers coco mango madeleine is a madeleine filled with mango juice and butter cream! It has cream in the middle, which is different from Brewers' usual madeleines, so I ordered it~ The white and yellow cream alternating in the center is so cute too!

The mango cream went really well with the madeleine~ It was smooth and nice to eat with an Americano!
