Cafe Sinabro (카페시나브로), the Euljiro spot I still remember for its delicious coffee! ☕️🤎 It's a coffee shop that roasts its own beans in the store, and the coffee was so good last time that it stuck with me.
I ordered a French vanilla bean latte plus fig pecan and blueberry coconut tarts, and wow! The desserts are great too 😍 Here's my revisit review of Cafe Sinabro, an Euljiro café with pretty latte art and sweet desserts! 😋

How to get to Cafe Sinabro from Euljiro Twin Tower
Euljiro Twin Tower has several entrances, and it's easiest to use the one with a direct escalator down to B1 to reach Cafe Sinabro. I came in through this one! That way I could hop straight on the escalator!
When you reach B1, the brown Cafe Sinabro sign catches your eye. The "SINABRO roasting coffee" wording already gives off total coffee-shop vibes!
There's a kiosk at the entrance where you can choose dine-in or takeout!

Cafe Sinabro is a coffee shop with roasting equipment inside, roasting its own beans. The interior is just right for a short break, and that roasting machine really stands out!
Around the roasting machine there really were all kinds of green beans and roasted beans. I like coffee, so a space like this naturally gets my attention ☕️
The wall at Cafe Sinabro also has explanations of coffee processing methods. Washed, natural, honey, anaerobic fermentation and more: it was fun to see how the character of the coffee changes with the processing method 😍

The cinnamon dolce latte last time was good too, and this one is another hit! It's a place I keep coming back to because the coffee is so good 😋

As a coffee shop that roasts in the store, Cafe Sinabro, Euljiro Twin Tower Branch offers a variety of coffees, and I liked that it also sells sweet tarts and baked treats 👍 The coffee was so good last time that it stayed with me, so this time too I naturally went back when I had a little free time.
The French vanilla bean latte I had this time was really good, and I think I'll crave it again! 😍 The pretty latte art made the coffee even more enjoyable.
