Why we chose Andamiro Pancake in Sinbu-dong, Cheonan

Andamiro Pancake (안다미로팬케이크) is a dessert café in Sinbu-dong, Cheonan, famous for its soufflé pancakes. It's in Sinbu-dong, so it's easy to find near Cheonan Terminal!!

When we go on a date, we always end up looking for a pretty café!! My wife has been singing about wanting dessert lately, maybe because desserts keep popping up in her Instagram algorithm! Soufflé pancakes in particular, she said she was dying for them, so we decided to head to Sinbu-dong in Cheonan and enjoy them at a café! The place we found was Andamiro Pancake in Cheonan, famous for its soufflé pancakes!!

Andamiro Pancake is open from 1pm to 10pm and closed on Tuesdays. Better check ahead before you go!!

Sinbu-dong used to be hard to visit because of the parking, but a public parking lot has been built recently, so finding a café in Sinbu-dong is much easier now!!! My wife is on maternity leave right now, so we went on a weekday afternoon!! But the place is already famous as a Cheonan soufflé pancake hotspot, so even on a weekday there were a lot of people!!

What is the Andamiro Pancake interior like?

The interior is wood-toned throughout, which makes it so, so good for a date!! The mood is lovely and the food is tasty, so I think you'd feel happy visiting anytime!! The big windows were especially nice, since you can see all of Sinbu-dong at a glance!!

After some deliberation, this is what I ordered!!

Andamiro Pancake is known for its soufflé cake among Sinbu-dong cafés, and they make it as soon as you order!! Look at that batter, so good!! The batter itself looked springy, which made it look extra delicious!!

How does the Andamiro Soufflé taste?

The Andamiro Soufflé comes as a thick soufflé pancake loaded with cream, topped with seasonal fruit. The soufflé came out first and the look of it is no joke!! My wife was already dying for soufflé pancakes, and with that thickness it looked so delicious!!

It was so fluffy and so delicious!!! Andamiro tops it with seasonal fruit like this!!

Eating the pancake with the fruit, you just keep going back for more, so good!! The seasonal fruit was really fresh too!! And the cream wasn't too sweet, so I could enjoy it happily!! Now I get why it's famous as a Cheonan soufflé pancake hotspot!!

I cut into it right away! Unlike a regular pancake, the whole thing has a bouncy texture that I loved!! Soufflé pancakes are full of eggs, but it wasn't eggy at all, just a lovely sweetness!! It was even better with the whipped cream!!

Decaf café latte and lemon sorbet at Andamiro Pancake

The decaf café latte at Andamiro Pancake is full of milk and so good! They must use good beans too, because the depth of flavor is crazy good!

The lemon sorbet was really good, maybe because it's made in-house!! It's especially refreshing, so I enjoyed it so much!

It's tangy but not too sweet, which I like!

There's a whole lemon piece in it too, so it's super refreshing and delicious!!! Having coffee alongside a sweet dessert like this was really good!!

Is Andamiro Pancake worth a return visit near Cheonan Terminal?

It had been a while since I'd gone to Andamiro Pancake, the Sinbu-dong soufflé pancake hotspot in Cheonan, and the dessert was so good, the coffee was good and the atmosphere was great. Next time I'm at Cheonan Terminal, I want to visit Andamiro Pancake again!!!
