Ordering the truffle half-and-half pizza and hot fire chicken spaghetti

What we ordered that day was a Truffle Mushroom Gnocchi + Truffle Shrimp Scallop half-and-half pizza, plus an added Hot Fire Chicken Spaghetti.

We waited about 20 minutes to get it. Since it came out fresh, it was super hot and tasty! It was already sliced, so all we had to do was eat! I wish we'd added the pizza crust upgrade too — the basic one was still tasty though.

I'm not a fan of thick-dough pizza, but Furg Pizza's dough thickness was just right. I really liked that about it.

And I'd only ever eaten the usual pizzas before, but at Furg Pizza I genuinely discovered a new world *.*

How does the Truffle Mushroom Gnocchi pizza taste?

First, the Truffle Mushroom Gnocchi pizza! Potato gnocchi (soft dumplings) is topped on the pizza, and it genuinely goes so well with the pizza. There's also a subtle truffle aroma. The mushrooms are sliced thin, chewy, and have a great bite to them. Nothing stands out too much — everything blends really well. My kid ate it well too~

How does the Truffle Shrimp Scallop pizza taste?

Next up, the Truffle Shrimp Scallop pizza! There are really big chunks of shrimp on top. Scallop is mixed in too, and again, it's like — how did they make this taste this good?? Seriously delicious..

The dough was chewy, the pizza cheese was fresh — the ingredients had such a mysterious, complex flavor that it was so, so good. Even my husband, who doesn't like pizza, said it was delicious and kept picking pieces up.

If you dine in at Furg Pizza Inha University Station branch, they give you sauce too! (Free) Dipping it in made it taste even better.

Why I recommend the half-and-half combo

I highly recommend Furg Pizza's half-and-half combo. You and your dining companion might have different tastes or different cravings, right? For that, ordering a half-and-half and sharing around is perfect~

I would revisit 500%. The owner was so kind too, and since it seems to be a well-loved pizza spot, Inha University students kept coming in for pickup and delivery orders kept coming in as well~~

How spicy is the Hot Fire Chicken Spaghetti?

And the additional order, Hot Fire Chicken Spaghetti! It has a subtly spicy kick with outstanding savory depth.

This is tasty wrapped in pizza. My husband told me putting the Hot Fire Chicken Spaghetti on top of the pizza is delicious haha

Is Furg Pizza Inha University Station good for lunch or a date?

Officially recognized as a great pizza spot in Incheon! I'm curious about the other pizza flavors too, so I need to revisit soon~ Highly recommend the half-and-half combo. Furg Pizza Inha University Station branch has a great interior and location close to Inha University, and it's clean and comfortable, so I'd recommend it as a go-to lunch spot or date spot near Inha University!
