Puzzle glue for a glossy finish: Hasi Puzzle Glue

There are so many puzzle lovers out there, right? I've loved puzzles ever since I was little, but since becoming an adult, I think I've started buying puzzles that suit my taste, putting them together myself, and wanting to keep them as precious memories once they're complete ♥

While wondering which puzzle to choose, I came across this Pixar puzzle sold at the Mundo Pixar exhibition as if by fate!! The colors were so pretty, and it was such a lovely picture to display anywhere that the moment I saw it, I thought, I'm framing this once it's finished! I liked the completed puzzle even more than expected, and I was going to use the puzzle glue included with it, but... there was so little of it!! My tiny, precious glue was gone after covering only half the puzzle;; So I looked for puzzle glue with a generous amount and safe ingredients, and that is how I found Hasi Puzzle Glue (247ml)~!!

As soon as I opened the delivery box, I was really pleased with the simple yet practical set: a generous 247ml bottle of puzzle glue and an easy-to-use silicone brush were included together, which was just perfect~!!>< The brush especially was not just an ordinary brush—it was silicone, so I could apply the glue safely without scratching or damaging the puzzle haha. So good!!

Hasi Puzzle Glue is water-based PVA, so I thought it would be reassuring even if children touched it, and it had almost no smell. It was less sticky, too, so even if it got on my hands after working, it washed off easily under running water!

How to apply puzzle glue and control the amount

When you open the bottle, there is another clear inner seal inside. It was securely sealed to keep the contents from spilling during shipping, so the first use was nice and clean. The inner seal was soft, so I could just pop it off by hand without any trouble ♥

"Alright, shall we start applying the glue now??" First, I neatly spread out one large sheet of paper so none would get on the desk,

Then I poured a suitable amount of glue onto the puzzle and spread it thinly with the silicone brush! If you apply it too thickly, it takes a long time to dry and the surface may warp; but if you apply it too thinly, it may not sink properly between the puzzle pieces and the hold can be weaker. Controlling the amount is a must!!!

How the puzzle surface changed after drying

After applying it, the puzzle became even clearer and gained a sheen, upgrading its overall quality! Maybe because both the glue and included silicone brush were so good, I was able to apply it carefully without missing any spots!! It takes about 4–6 hours to dry, but since the weather has been so humid lately, I ran a dehumidifier and let it dry for a full day before deciding to put it in a frame haha. Isn't that shine on the surface so pretty?? An even prettier puzzle ♥

Personally, what I loved most was the combination of the silicone brush + generous amount of glue + odorless, safe formula. There is enough to coat two or three puzzles rather than using it up in one go, so for anyone who does puzzles often, it felt like amazing value. I think I'll definitely need to keep this on hand whenever I buy a puzzle from now on! A must-have for puzzle time ><
