Cheonan café: free iced tea in line & green tea latte to go, Brewers
In short
Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch is a baked-goods café in Sinbu-dong, Cheonan. During the weekend wait, staff handed out free iced tea. Because of the midsummer heat, the writer took an iced café latte and an iced green tea latte to go and spotted the new matcha mochi flan and coco mango madeleine in the showcase. Even with the weekend wait, friendly service and the pistachio canelé make Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch a Sinbu-dong café worth coming back to.

Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch: is the weekend wait still a thing?
Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch is a café in Sinbu-dong, Cheonan, where a weekend wait is pretty much standard. I hadn't been to Sinbu-dong in a while, and Brewers Coffee is just not a place I can walk past. There's a Korean saying, roughly "you were right there and you didn't go?", and it fits perfectly. Among Sinbu-dong cafés it feels like an almost mandatory stop. Even after my long break it was as popular as ever, and a weekend wait was a given.

Is this Sinbu-dong or Europe?! This vibe, wow~

Brewers Coffee's baked-goods showcase and new items
The showcase at Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch is packed with baked goods, and this time the new matcha mochi flan and coco mango madeleine caught my eye. There were so many bakes that I was in full happy-dilemma mode over what to eat^^

If you have a sweet tooth, get a big box to go! They'd make a great gift too!!

The moment you walk in, you feel that calling it a baked-goods paradise is no exaggeration. With the showcase filled to the brim, it's hard to just walk by. A few new items stood out this time, especially the matcha mochi flan and coco mango madeleine, which made me look twice. Getting to see what's new is part of why I keep coming back.

Why I took it to go instead of sitting on the midsummer terrace
The weekend wait at Brewers Coffee was considerable, but the outdoor terrace seats were available right away. Still, in the sweltering midsummer heat, sitting out there for long looked tough, so I gave up on it. I also thought about the indoor hall, but this time I chose takeout: eat in the car, then head home.

The iced tea we got while waiting
Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch had cold iced tea ready for people to drink when the wait gets long >,< It's a small gesture, but this kind of service is part of why Brewers Coffee is so popular~~

How were the iced café latte and iced green tea latte?
My husband ordered his usual iced café latte, and I got an iced green tea latte. After one sip of his coffee, he kept praising how nutty and good the beans were. He even said, "I think they use good milk too," and then complained that it only comes in one size, sob.

Friendly service and the new black cup
While waiting for our takeout, the Brewers Coffee staff were as friendly as ever. Even though it was busy, they explained things well and were quick and neat, which put me in a good mood. The cup design also seemed to have changed, with the logo looking sleeker, so even in a small detail you could feel the brand's style. Black makes it calm and classy!!

The pistachio canelé I always get at Brewers Coffee
The baked-goods lineup is what Brewers Coffee is all about, and there's one item I almost always get whenever I come: the pistachio canelé (a small French custard cake with a caramelized crust). Honestly, I wasn't much of a canelé person, but Brewers Coffee completely changed my mind. It's crisp outside and moist inside, with the nuttiness of pistachio spreading subtly, a flavor I can't get anywhere else. "Brewers' own canelé" says it all.

I'm sad I missed the new items, but next time I'll definitely try the matcha mochi flan and the coco mango madeleine too. It's a place with real presence among Sinbu-dong cafés, and the title "baked-goods hotspot" is not wasted on it at all. Next visit already booked in my heart. ☕️🍪
