Bulgogi-pineapple pizza with cola at Dangsan pub Long Time No See

Today I visited Long Time No See, famous as a great spot in Dangsan for chimaek (pizza and beer)!🍕✨

I go to Dangsan a lot because of my company's location, and did you know there are actually quite a few good restaurants there?! It's not as loud and bustling as Hongdae or Hapjeong — it's more of a go-to spot for office workers, with only the real hidden gems gathered together..👀💓

This was my first time having pizza in Dangsan, and honestly it was way better than I expected haha. A cute character greets you at the door!

The atmosphere and wait at Long Time No See Dangsan Branch

Oh, apparently there's usually a wait here.... There's a waiting area, and tables with someone whose surname is 'No' get 30% off!! Haha.

The place is a lot bigger than I expected! So I thought it'd be great for meeting up with a group of friends or a gathering haha. Pizza places or pubs can sometimes feel a bit messy, but this place felt clean without that vibe, which I liked🤗 It's great for chatting comfortably while eating tasty pizza, and also perfect for enjoying chimaek with friends!😋🩷🩷

Craft beer taps and the menu lineup

And actually, I didn't really know this, but Long Time No See is famous not just for pizza but for craft beer too🤩

Maybe that's why the beer selection in the store was really, really huge. Both walls are completely filled with beer taps! You can see there are so many kinds haha. If you're someone who usually loves beer, it'd be fun picking one to match your taste!

The menu is seriously huge...😍😍 I thought a chimaek place would only have lots of pizza options, but there was tteokbokki (spicy rice cakes), ratbokki, pasta, egg-in-hell, gratin, and so much more!! Which makes it even better for coming with a bunch of people.

The popcorn that comes with your order, and the self-serve zone

Once you order, they give you basic popcorn and a wristband? I think it's for scanning when you pour your own beer, but we only had cola this visit so we skipped it haha 😭 Next time I'm definitely coming back for beer!!🙃🥲

And there's a self-serve zone like this where you can grab more popcorn, plus unlimited refills of hot sauce and garlic sauce!!

True to a place that's serious about beer.. there was even a fridge just for chilled glasses haha.

Half-and-half pizza ₩20,500 — half bulgogi, half pineapple

Finally, what we ordered arrived!!

Doesn't it just look so unbelievably good... A carb bomb, an unhealthy meal, but I was genuinely so happy eating it hahaha😅😅

There were so many pizza options it was hard to choose, so I was so glad they had a half-and-half option so we could try two flavors haha. We ordered half bulgogi + half pineapple!

The bulgogi was sweet and savory, which went perfectly with the pizza😍😍 and the pineapple pizza wasn't just pineapple — it had tons of bacon and cheese too, so it was so good... Honestly I didn't expect much from the pizza here (it felt a bit like a beer bar, haha), but this is a genuine hidden gem!! The dough was moist and the toppings were piled high👍💛

Can you tell how moist this thin crust is.. Oh, and it also came pre-cut, which I loved!! The portion was huge too... I thought it was really great value for the price.

Oh, and we also added the cheese crust! Such a good call... it was packed with cheese and so delicious 😭🫢🫢

And then tteokbokki with ramen noodles in it!! We felt like pizza alone wasn't enough, so we ordered ratbokki too! The moment it arrived I was startled by the portion size... I expected something small for ₩9,500, but it came out huge and hearty (which was actually great)😋😋

So much fish cake, so much rice cake, and cheese on top.... Nothing especially unique, but it had that classic, delicious broth-style tteokbokki taste haha😊

The combo of pizza and tteokbokki worked so much better than I expected haha. Take a bite of the spicy tteokbokki then the pizza and it's delicious, then go back to the tteokbokki and your palate totally resets!

And with all the popcorn refills we kept eating.. I honestly nearly burst hahaha❤️❤️ It was such a satisfying dinner!!🤗
