Fruit Forest Paju's fresh mango snow bingsu: still as good on a revisit?

On my revisit to Fruit Forest Paju Direct Store, the fresh mango snow bingsu (shaved-ice dessert) still came with ripe mango heaped over the whole bowl. I went back to this Simhaksan dessert café to taste the fresh mango snow bingsu again!

It's still hot in the daytime these days, so who can resist a cold dessert? And bingsu is great in winter too, of course~ 🥰 As expected, it was just as good as before: a bowl piled with ripe mango, plus ice cream, and a very happy time!

When I visited, Fruit Forest was running a 1+1 event on fresh mango and fresh banana.

Where is Fruit Forest Paju near Simhaksan?

Fruit Forest Paju is in the Simhaksan food alley, next to Tteurak Barley Gulbi (뜨락 보리굴비), a barley-rice and dried yellow corvina restaurant. Nearby there's a Lotte Outlet and the Paju Book City, so there are plenty of places for shopping and for strolling with a coffee.

Simhaksan in particular has lots of good restaurants, so a meal followed by bingsu at Fruit Forest is perfect!

The fridge is packed with all kinds of fruit too! At Fruit Forest you can have bingsu made with fresh fruit, not frozen~

There were lots of comfortable seats in front of the big windows looking out on green fields. We sat on the sofa seats.

I like the terrace seats too, where a cool breeze comes in.

How does the 32,000-won fresh mango snow bingsu taste?

What I ordered this day was the fresh mango snow bingsu at ₩32,000. Just like last time, I was amazed and happy to see how much mango was piled on the bowl~😊

I carefully scooped just the mango off the top into a bowl, then drizzled mango syrup over the white snow ice! As always, cool and sweet. It was a luxurious dessert time~
