Gangnam Korean restaurant for boneless gamjatang lunch: Haeseonok

Haeseonok Seolleung Branch is a Korean restaurant near Seolleung Station in Gangnam, Seoul. We tried gamjatang sets with seafood pancake and shrimp pancake, and the boneless version was especially easy for a quick office lunch. Verdict: a warming, satisfying meal when you want spicy soup.

Gangnam gelato café for natural flavors and chewy texture: Scoopy

Scoopy is a gelato dessert café between Seolleung and Hanti stations in Gangnam, Seoul. Two Single Scoopies plus tasting bites let us try mint chocolate, apple mango, Sicilian pistachio, and Haenam mugwort. Verdict: a lovely stop for intensely flavored, chewy gelato to eat in or take away.
