Cheonan dessert café on Sunday: corn flan & butter financier, Brewers

It was already a famous spot, but here's my review of Brewers Coffee's Sinbu branch in Cheonan, haha! The desserts were delicious as always, and the place was packed~ It's best known for its French-style baked goods made fresh every morning, so here's my review of this Sinbu-dong café.

Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch hours and parking

Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch is open from 12:00 to 21:00, with last order at 20:30. There's no private parking lot, so you'll need to use public parking.

I went on a Sunday afternoon~ I'd bought something at Shinsegae anyway, so I parked at Shinsegae~

Is there a wait, and what is the seating and terrace like?

If there's a wait at Brewers Sinbu, you register on Catch Table (a restaurant waitlist app). We got a seat and went straight in~~ There are seats outside too, so there's plenty of room.

Brewers has seats both inside and on the outdoor terrace! We were shown to table 9. I'd recommend sitting outside before it gets hot, haha. It was a bit hot in the daytime this time, but there's a spot outside with cool air blowing like an air conditioner, haha. This Sinbu-dong café is bustling every single time I come, lol.

Here are Brewers' signature items. You can change the beans, and you can switch to oat milk too. There are also extra shots and syrup~ So many people swap to oat milk for their lattes these days, right? Brewers lets you, haha.

There are so many menu items, and I personally love the Brewers Coffee and 041 Coffee, but since I'd be having it with dessert I just ordered an iced Americano, hahaha. And if a dessert runs out, they keep refilling it steadily.

The inside of Brewers Sinbu is really moody and cozy. You can see Brewers' own style 👍🏻 The restroom is inside, and water is self-serve~ It was hot, so we each gulped down a cup right away! lol It was so refreshing,,

Are Brewers financiers good as gifts?

Like a café that really knows its baking, Brewers Cheonan is packed with financiers (small French almond-butter cakes)~~♥ Brewers financiers are great packed up as gifts. It's already well known that Brewers financiers are the real deal~~ I've received them as gifts a few times and given them too, haha.

How do the sweet corn flan and butter rice cake financier taste?

We ordered the butter rice cake financier and the sweet corn flan~~~!! They said orders were backed up and it would take a while, but it came out pretty quickly considering, lol.

The staff brought the coffee and desserts to us. My friend's flat peach iced tea could be made with either still water or sparkling!! I was having dessert, so I went with an iced Americano, haha.

Wow! The sweet corn flan is so smooth, the pie crust is tasty, and it goes so well with the corn on top 🌽❤️ It's also big, so it's great for sharing with a friend. It pairs well with coffee, so I recommend it!!

Butter rice cake financier at Brewers Coffee

The butter rice cake financier is crispy outside and chewy inside, the textbook perfect butter rice cake (chewy Korean rice cake), lol 🫶🏻🫶🏻 Honestly, every table had a dessert, haha.

Bag baskets and the photo booth outside

Brewers Sinbu also gave us bag baskets, so we kept all our bags comfortably, haha. I love thoughtful touches like this >_<

Is Brewers Coffee in Sinbu-dong, Cheonan worth a visit?

Always crowded, this Sinbu-dong café has a moody interior and an amazing dessert lineup! It's a great place to come with friends, a partner or family. Everything at Brewers is delicious, so whatever you order is a success,,♥ It was my first time having the sweet corn flan, and yep, so good, lol.

It's truly a place I keep going back to again and again and again, and everyone around me has been to Brewers at least once, so if you're visiting Cheonan, I recommend Brewers in Sinbu-dong!!! (I bet all the locals have been, psst)
