Seafood restaurant near Inspire, couple set and 2nd pajeon: 300°C
In short
300°C Seafood Galbi Main Branch is a seafood restaurant near Eulwangni Beach and Inspire in Jung-gu, Incheon. After an early-summer outing to Yeongjongdo, the writer and their child ate the 49,000-won couple set (cuttlefish stir-fry, seafood kalguksu noodle soup and a half-and-half pajeon, or Korean savory pancake) on a Sunday evening, and ordered a second seafood pajeon because it was so good. With mild dishes, baby chairs and seaweed soup at the self-serve bar, 300°C Seafood Galbi Main Branch made a satisfying family dinner with a child.

This is my honest, totally satisfied review of 300°C Seafood Galbi, an Eulwangni Beach and Inspire-area restaurant where the ingredients are fresh and the food is delicious.
After a fun day in Yeongjong to welcome early summer, I searched for restaurants near Eulwangni Beach and ended up at 300°C Seafood Galbi Main Branch. We got to try kalguksu (knife-cut noodle soup), stir-fry and pajeon (scallion pancake), and it was easy for the kids to eat, so it was a big hit as a restaurant near Inspire.

There's plenty of parking in front of and beside 300°C Seafood Galbi Main Branch. Even with a big group, you don't need to worry about parking at this Eulwangni Beach restaurant.
Indoor seating, dog-friendly section and terrace

Even on a Sunday evening, 300°C Seafood Galbi Main Branch was busy with people. It's not far from Inspire, so it was a great place to eat afterward.

There are dog-friendly seats, so it's a good meal stop if you're out with your pup, and since they're separated from the rest, it felt comfortable.

There's also a terrace where you can eat outside, and the restroom is indoors and clean, so this Inspire-area restaurant works just as well for families or a date.
Is 300°C Seafood Galbi good for kids? Baby chairs and events
300°C Seafood Galbi Main Branch has baby chairs, and the self-bar has kid-size spoons and forks, so eating with a child was easy. The kalguksu and pajeon aren't spicy, which made them good for kids.
With a receipt review event you can get a udon noodle add-on or a drink, and I hear there's also an ongoing event where if you set a timer clock exactly right, up to ₩70,000 is free, so give that a try too~
300°C Seafood Galbi menu and prices
The menu at 300°C Seafood Galbi Main Branch: siraegi (dried radish greens) seafood stew ₩19,000, couple set ₩49,000, seafood pork-rib stew set ₩90,000–122,000, seafood pork-rib stew/haesintang (seafood hot pot) ₩59,000, octopus stir-fry ₩14,000, seafood kalguksu ₩13,000 and seafood pajeon ₩20,000, with live octopus sashimi/tangtangi (chopped raw octopus) at market price.

They also sell soju, beer, Cheongha, bokbunja (black raspberry wine) and makgeolli (rice wine), so it's nice for drinking with your meal.

The drink list also has soda, zero-sugar drinks and Coolpis, so people who don't drink have plenty of choices too, which I liked about this Inspire-area restaurant.
What are the side dishes and self-serve bar like?

The basic side dishes at 300°C Seafood Galbi Main Branch were acorn jelly, seasoned bean sprouts, white kimchi, pickled radish for wraps and stir-fried seaweed stems. The acorn jelly is great before the meal, and also as a drinking snack before the food arrives. Yum yum.

The bean sprouts weren't heavily seasoned, so my child could eat them, and the self-bar had seaweed soup, so my kid mixed rice into it and cleared a whole bowl!

At the self-bar you can easily grab more of any side dish that runs out. They're made in-house, so they tasted good, and my child ate them well, so I was really happy.
What we ordered: the ₩49,000 couple set

What we ordered at 300°C Seafood Galbi, an Eulwangni Beach restaurant, was the couple set, which comes with cuttlefish stir-fry, seafood kalguksu and seafood pajeon. It was generous for two and enough for even three people, so the value is the best!
How spicy is the cuttlefish stir-fry in the couple set?

The couple set at 300°C Seafood Galbi is a generous lineup of cuttlefish stir-fry, half-and-half pajeon and seafood kalguksu, perfect both as a meal and as drinking food. You can choose the spice level for the cuttlefish stir-fry, and medium was about as hot as Shin Ramyun.
Tender cuttlefish is stir-fried fast over powerful heat in their signature sauce, so it was dry, not watery, and full of smoky wok flavor.
It isn't ordinary squid stir-fry; it uses cuttlefish, so the pieces are big and the chewiness is excellent, and that smoky flavor clinging to every bite had a savory depth that was amazing.
Vegetables are stir-fried along with it, and they've really absorbed the smoky flavor, so with rice you'll finish a whole bowl in no time.
It's also delicious wrapped in sweet-and-sour pickled radish, and when it got a little too spicy, it went great with white kimchi at this Eulwangni Beach restaurant.
Seafood kalguksu: noodles served separately, and a refill for our kid
For the seafood kalguksu at 300°C Seafood Galbi, the noodles come separately alongside a pot full of seafood, so it was nice to have hot broth while eating the spicy cuttlefish stir-fry.
If you eat the seafood first and then add the noodles, you get a refreshing broth, which is great as a drinking snack too, but since we were eating this as a meal, we dropped the noodles in as soon as the broth boiled.

It's packed with a variety of fresh seasonal seafood like scallops, clams, shrimp and mussels, so the broth is deep and rich at this Inspire-area restaurant.
Big shrimp made it nutty and savory, and the assorted clams gave a cool, clean broth, so this seafood kalguksu was just right as a meal or with drinks.

The noodles are fresh-made, so the texture was springy yet soft, and since the broth soaked in well, I let out an admiring sigh after the first bite.
The seafood kalguksu isn't spicy, so it was easy for kids to eat, and my noodle-loving child liked it so much that they finished one bowl and got a refill, which is our little secret.
Cheese half-and-half seafood pajeon: why we ordered a second one
For the half-and-half pajeon that comes with the 300°C Seafood Galbi couple set, half of the seafood pajeon is generously topped with mozzarella cheese, so we cut it in half to eat.

They didn't hold back on the cheese, so it stretched and stretched, and my child thought it was fun and had a great time stretching the cheese as they ate.

The pajeon rolled up with that stretchy cheese was nutty and soft, and crispier than what you get at a pajeon restaurant, with loads of cheese, so it was heavenly.

The crisp-fried pancake was packed with squid and assorted seafood, and dipped in soy sauce the seasoning was just right, so it's a great side dish. Yum yum.

The seafood pajeon was my favorite part of the couple set, so much that we ordered one more, and the second one was full of cheese too, so when you come to 300°C Seafood Galbi, do order it!
Is 300°C Seafood Galbi Main Branch worth a return visit?

We cleaned our plates again today. 300°C Seafood Galbi Main Branch, an Eulwangni Beach and Inspire-area restaurant, has good, generous food and lots of dishes kids can eat, so it's great for people traveling with children, and for gatherings or company dinners too. Next time I'm here, I'll definitely visit again, hehe :)
