Uldong Bossam is a Korean restaurant in Jung-gu, Daegu, serving bossam set meals and pancakes. I added a minari pancake to the bossam set and loved the grind-your-own sesame sauce, chewy pork jowl, and beef brisket doenjang jjigae. A clean, filling meal worth a visit.
