Full house the minute it opened on Chuseok: why you need a reservation

Walking in, the inside of 37.5 Signature Mia Branch was bigger and cleaner than I expected. Maybe because it was Chuseok holiday, the place was already fully booked the moment it opened! I was glad I'd reserved ahead.

The tables were spaced generously, so it was easy to chat while eating, and the vibe was comfortable yet stylish — a good fit for a date or a family meal out (baby chairs ⭕️). Their signature offerings are the American brunch and the Mont Blanc cream pasta 🤓

Hot cappuccino and iced Americano

For coffee we ordered a cappuccino and an Americano. The warm cappuccino, with its soft foam, paired perfectly with the brunch, and the iced Americano was clean and refreshing alongside the meal. Even got a great shot of mom!

House Caesar salad

Since the pasta and brunch dishes were quite filling, we added the house Caesar salad too.

Fresh romaine with bacon and cheese — a solid, classic Caesar salad that was nice to pick at between bites of everything else.

The hearty classic American brunch plate

Truly hearty, just as the name says! Pancakes and French toast alongside sausage, bacon, hash browns, scrambled eggs, and salad, all piled onto one plate.

Sweet pancakes and French toast drizzled with maple syrup, paired with salty bacon and sausage — sweet and salty, back and forth.

Mont Blanc myeongnan (pollack roe) cream pasta

The dish I was most looking forward to — Mont Blanc myeongnan (pollack roe) cream pasta! Just the visual of cream pasta served inside a Mont Blanc danish grabs your attention 🍞

Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, the bread meets a thick cream sauce for a treat that's a whole different experience from regular pasta ✨

Is 37.5 Signature Mia good for a family meal or get-together?

The myeongnan gives it a salty, savory kick that's so good..💗💗 Getting to enjoy pasta and bread together made it even more satisfying. Overall the portions are generous and the menu is varied, making 37.5 Signature Mia Branch a solid choice for family meals out or gatherings 💛

Of everything we had that day, the Mont Blanc myeongnan cream pasta was the most impressive to me! If you love pasta, I'd recommend this one since you get to enjoy the Mont Blanc pastry alongside it too, haha.
