Cleansing balm for dry sensitive skin: HEEDA Jirisan Moist Charcoal

Was it comfortable to use on dry, sensitive skin?

I was concerned about the pores and sebum around my nose, but harsh nose packs or separate exfoliation felt like too much trouble. HEEDA Jirisan Moist Charcoal Cleansing Balm caught my attention because it seemed to let me care for sebum while cleansing.

I worried that the charcoal ingredient might be drying, but on my dry, sensitive skin, I could use it gently without a severe feeling of tightness after washing.

What were the texture and emulsifying process like?

The black balm had a sherbet-like texture and melted softly on contact with body heat. A dedicated spatula was included in the container, making it easy to scoop out the amount I needed.

After applying it to my face, I dampened my hands with a little water to emulsify it. The formula turned white and rolled on more softly. I massaged for about 30 seconds, then rinsed with water.

How did it feel after cleansing, and what about a second cleanse?

I felt almost no residue after cleansing, and it seemed to leave my skin feeling moisturized rather than dry. My skin also felt smooth and clean.

There were days when I did not add a foam cleanser, but I found that a second cleanse is recommended after removing makeup. Since then, I have planned to add a second cleanse as needed rather than finish with this product alone.

What did I notice using it morning and night?
