The meat counter has both beef and pork ready to go! Premium beef, unlimited! They say the shabu-specific beef is carefully sliced one piece at a time to keep it at its freshest! Pork is also unlimited, so enjoy it freely!
The salad bar
The salad bar has fresh vegetables and fruit ready. There's sweet pumpkin salad, mugwort rice cake rolls, injeolmi (rice cake coated in bean powder), rice paper, eggs, and kalguksu (knife-cut noodles), among other things.
Self-bar meal items — fried chicken, pad thai, takoyaki
The meal items are genuinely delicious, so be sure to try at least one of each! The fried chicken especially comes highly recommended!
Soy-sauce seasoned fried chicken! Not spicy at all, so kids love it!
The sweet-and-salty seasoned fried chicken is also a treat! Shabu20's fried chicken is really tender with no gamey smell, so it's very tasty!
Pad thai! This one's a treat too!
Cream spaghetti! The rich cream sauce is really good!
And the takoyaki that I love! Moist and soft, which made it even tastier!
Spicy-sweet tteokbokki (stir-fried rice cakes) that everyone loves, young and old! And pumpkin porridge! I noticed a lot of older guests eating it!
This is beef and mushroom porridge! I ate it twice because it was so good — not a secret anymore!
Shrimp fried rice that kids love! I found this one delicious too!
Buckwheat soba is available too! With broth, noodles, and toppings separate, it was fun making the soba myself!
The vegetable garden corner and spring roll wrap station
This is Shabu20's signature corner above all else! The vegetable garden has all sorts of vegetables!
Napa cabbage, bok choy, bean sprouts, mushrooms, soybean sprouts, and more — so many vegetables that made the shabu-shabu even better!
A shabu place wouldn't be complete without spring roll wraps! There are tips on how to make them well, so it's worth referring to them:)
Sprouts, perilla leaves, onion, cucumber, carrot, pineapple, and more — such a wide variety of spring roll wrap ingredients that I loved it!
Unlimited beef shabu-shabu with katsuobushi and spicy broth
We picked katsuobushi (bonito flakes) and spicy broth for our shabu broths! Fresh beef gets added and boiled in the shabu broth!
Both the vegetables and beef cooked quickly, which was nice! Can you see how good the cooked vegetables and beef look~! Looking at it again makes me want to eat it all over!
The beef shabu-shabu was also delicious dipped in sauce!
I also put together a proper plate of spring roll wrap ingredients! I highly recommend trying the spring roll wraps too!

Double espresso shot! Really rich and delicious!
This is the soft serve! Pull the lever and out comes the ice cream! There are toppings next to it you can sprinkle on! Put an espresso shot on top of the ice cream and you get a delicious affogato!
