I received and tried The Day Our Family Bone & Care Supercritical Vitamin K2 & D3. What I noticed personally was how comfortable the capsules were to swallow and how easy the packaging was to carry.

What was my routine like when I started taking it?
I often had sore wrists from working at a computer. After starting to exercise, I also became interested in joint health, and because I spend a lot of time indoors, I had been paying attention to vitamin D intake as well.

How are the ingredients and production method described?
The product description says that one capsule contains vitamin K2 and vitamin D3 at 200% and 500%, respectively, of the daily nutrient reference values. I liked that I could take one capsule a day rather than keeping up with several.
The product description also presents low-temperature supercritical extraction, an encapsulation process, Trans MK-7 vitamin K2 with at least 99% purity, and vitamin D3 ingredients from Switzerland's DSM as features. This information comes from the product description; I did not personally verify ingredient purity or absorption while taking it.
How were the capsule's swallowability and portability?
My favorite part was the small capsule size. It went down smoothly for me, and I took one a day with plenty of water.
The individual PTP packaging made it easy to keep in my bag. It was convenient to carry and remember to take when I went out.

Did I check for changes in bone density afterward?
Taking it consistently gave me a reassuring feeling that I was looking after my bone health. However, I did not record a specific intake period or bone-density measurement results. What I can share from this experience is the ease of taking the small capsules and the convenience of the packaging.
