I received and took The Day Our Family Bone N Care Supercritical Vitamin K2 & D3. What I personally noticed was how comfortable the capsules were to swallow and how easy the packaging was to carry around.
What kind of routine led me to take it?
I usually do a lot of computer work, so my wrists often hurt. After starting to exercise, I also became interested in joint health, and because I spend a lot of time indoors, I had been paying attention to my vitamin D intake too.
