Cleansing balm for heavy makeup: HEEDA Jirisan Charcoal

How did it feel when removing heavy makeup?

After the balm melted and turned oil-like, I added water to emulsify it and finished with cleansing foam. In my case, it did not sting even when it got into my eyes while removing eye makeup, and I did not notice much oily residue after emulsifying.
