How did it feel on oily, dehydrated skin?

I have oily, dehydrated skin, and I tried this while looking for a less irritating cleansing balm when I was concerned about sebum in autumn. After emulsifying it with water, I felt it left a fresh finish without an oily residue, and it also felt as though the sebum had disappeared.

How did I remove heavy makeup?

I applied the product to a dry face and massaged it in circular motions, focusing on my skin. The stated amount was about one-third of the spatula for light makeup and about one-half for heavy makeup, but I applied a generous amount to my face to check its cleansing power.

I lightly massaged the areas with heavy makeup using the remaining product, then added water to emulsify it. It changed from a balm to an oil and then something like milk before I rinsed it off with lukewarm water.

Was the container and storage design convenient?

The packaging was black, and I thought the double lid would reduce concerns about the contents leaking. When I opened the lid, I could store the spatula separately in the upper layer, and the product opening was also protected with plastic.

What should I check before using it?

The product displayed precautions. If your skin tends to be sensitive, it would be good to check those instructions before use.
