Suwon restaurant family lunch with half-and-half pizza: Low Five Sinpung

I’d heard there was a popular Italian restaurant in Haenggung-dong, Suwon, known for its pizza, so one day my family went there for lunch💕

How did we handle parking and reservations?

Low Five Sinpung (로우파이브 신풍) does not have its own parking lot, so we parked at the nearby Jangandong Public Parking Lot and walked over to the restaurant.

It’s a popular place where people wait, so we made a reservation in advance. If you need one, you can book ahead through Catchtable.

The warm atmosphere of an old house

I heard the restaurant was made by renovating an old house, and that must be why both the exterior and interior had such a vintage feel. At the same time, the interior was beautifully arranged to feel comfortable and warm❣️

Each table had a QR code to scan for ordering, and we could simply select what we wanted and order right away🙋🏻♀️

From grapefruit ade to pasta and pizza

The first thing served was the grapefruit ade💕 My family loves sweet-tart, refreshing ades, and we love grapefruit too, so we deliberately ordered two generous glasses.

Then the two gorgeous pastas and the pizza were served too🙋🏻♀️

Spicy Hot Pot Pescatore pasta

Hot Pot Pescatore pasta ₩21,000. A spicy tomato pasta loaded with fresh seafood, with savory and deep tomato flavor 🍝

It was packed with clams and mussels, giving it a real taste of the sea, and it was spicy too. It was such a good choice to alternate with the vongole pasta we ordered❣️

Flavorful vongole pasta

Vongole pasta ₩18,000. An oil pasta that builds up savory flavor with Manila clams, extra virgin olive oil, Reggiano, and arugula.

It had been a while since I’d had vongole pasta. You know how familiar flavors can be irresistible... Because it was a flavor I knew, I enjoyed this ultimate savory pasta even more👍🏻🤍

The corn-and-taco half-and-half pizza is a must

Half-and-half pizza (corn pizza, taco pizza) ₩26,000. These are the pizza menu items Low Five Sinpung is so well known for that it wouldn’t be an exaggeration to say we came just to eat them 🍕

We could have ordered a full pizza of either corn or taco, but we wanted to try both kinds, so we chose the half-and-half. In the end, it was a total success💓

At Low Five, you absolutely have to order pizza...🍕 The pizza is seriously delicious...💓

The taco pizza was delicious too, but it’s no secret that I personally liked the corn pizza just a little more...😍

It was a cozy, warmly inviting place where it was nice to visit with family, acquaintances, or friends, eat in a quiet atmosphere, and chat away. There were many kinds of pizza, pasta, and sides, and every dish was delicious, so I’d recommend it for a Haenggung-dong date or blind date spot.
