It's been a while, but I got a lash perm again~ This time I went to Mippeudang Lash Guri (미쁘당 속눈썹 구리본점), right in front of Guri Station! I've had lash perms plenty of times, but the curl shape is the most important thing for me, haha. To start with the conclusion: the curl came out exactly the way I wanted!! Here's my review for anyone looking into a lash perm in Guri 👀
Where is Mippeudang Lash Guri?
Mippeudang Lash Guri is 196m from Exit 3 of Guri Station, on the 3rd floor of Dongwon Park Building, Room 305. It's practically attached to Lotte Department Store Guri, so it was easy to find~
The glass entrance door lists the opening hours and the treatment menu. It turns out they do eyelashes, waxing, and even makeup.
Where to park for Mippeudang Lash Guri
The mechanical parking lot inside the building is free for 30 minutes. If mechanical parking is a hassle, you can get a 2-hour free parking ticket from the Lotte Department Store app and use the department store's lot. Driving is totally fine! I downloaded the app and parked at the department store too.
What's the atmosphere like at Mippeudang Lash Guri?
From the walls to the sofa and tables, everything is white and beige, so it feels calm. The shop was so clean and pretty the moment I walked in that it put me in a good mood 😍
On one side of the waiting area there's a sink and a wavy mirror. Curtains run all the way around, so it feels cozy~
On the shelf there's even a plaque for being one of Guri's 2023 Excellent Beauty Businesses (selected by Guri City)! The counter and every little prop all match in tone, haha.
Can you come straight from work with makeup on?
Mippeudang Lash Guri has a separate vanity, so you can remove your makeup before the treatment. Hair rollers, cotton swabs, and tissues are all ready too~ I came straight from work, so it was handy to take my makeup off there.
The lash perm bed and how the treatment felt
The treatment room is separate, behind an arched doorway. The beds are divided by curtains, and the whole space is white and clean!
The space felt comfortable while I lay there~ And there was a leg pillow, which I loved! I have poor circulation and use one at home every day, but this is the first lash shop I've seen with one, hahaha.
And the best part! I felt no stinging in my eyes or skin during the treatment 👍 My skin is on the delicate side, so this is something I secretly worry about.

How did the lash perm curl turn out?
The lash perm I got at Mippeudang Lash Guri gave me a pretty curl, just what I wanted!! From the front, every single lash is lifted!
Even from the side, the curl looks naturally lifted, haha
The curl holds well all the way to the outer corners. The side-profile curl is good too 🫶 My eyes look so much more defined from just a perm, I love it 🥰
