Seogyo-dong café open at 8am for brûlée banana soufflé: Petrico
Petrico is a soufflé pancake café on Jandari-ro in Seogyo-dong, Mapo, Seoul, an easy walk or short ride from Hongdae, Hapjeong, or Mangwon. The fruit soufflé and TWG crème caramel tea are baked and brewed to order, so they took 20 to 30 minutes, and the brûlée banana with maple syrup tied the plate together. Petrico opens at 8am on weekdays and has parking, which makes it a rare spot in Seoul for dessert first thing in the morning.
