Seoulsup blind date spot for evening pasta: Fleurs sur la route
In short
Fleurs sur la route is a Western restaurant on Seoulsup 2-gil in Seongdong, Seoul, set in a house converted to look like a European country home. On an evening visit under soft lighting, the writer had the liquor-steamed red scallop spaghetti and the meat tomato conchiglie (each listed as 25.0), and both were delicious, while the zoned interior made quiet conversation easy. Fleurs sur la route is a solid pick for a Seongsu date or a Seoulsup blind date when both atmosphere and food matter.

What is Fleurs sur la route like?
Fleurs sur la route is a Western restaurant on Seoulsup 2-gil in Seongsu. It isn't an ordinary restaurant: it's a converted house with the feel of a European country home. I went because I wanted good Western food in a nice atmosphere. I love restaurants with pretty interiors, and I was excited before I even walked in.
The cute little props and soft lighting really won me over, so I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a Seongsu date spot or a Seoulsup blind date place.

Opening hours and closing day
Fleurs sur la route is open daily 11:30-21:00 and closed on Wednesdays.

The mood is different by day and by night, and it seemed to serve café menu items in the daytime.

Converted-house exterior and yard terrace
The place has a distinctive charm from the outside. Because it's a converted house, it feels cozy and warm, nothing like a big commercial space. There are terrace seats in the yard too.
I enjoyed the indoor evening mood on my visit, but on a nice day, sitting on the outdoor terrace looking at the green yard would be wonderful.

The window seats have a great atmosphere too, so this Seoulsup Western restaurant gets a strong recommendation from me as a Seongsu date course!

Evening interior: good for a blind date?
The interior is divided into zones, and with soft lighting in the evening it was calm and good for talking. When I opened the door, the interior, like a small European country house, caught my eye.
I liked that it isn't one wide-open space but split into several areas. The tables feel nicely separated from each other, so it should be comfortable to eat with your companion.
Cute props are scattered all around, and visiting in the evening, the soft lighting made it feel even cozier.
The lighting, furniture and props blend together naturally, so it's good for photos too. In the evening it's a little dim and calm, ideal for conversation, so I thought it would work for couples looking for a Seongsu date spot and also as a Seoulsup blind date place.

Group and room tables too
There's a group table for up to about 12 people and a separate room table, so it should also suit gatherings where you want a more private atmosphere.

What did we order?
We picked two of the signature dishes: the red scallop sake-steamed spaghetti and the meat tomato conchiglie (shell pasta).

The homemade pickles served alongside weren't too sour, so I kept reaching for them!

Red scallop sake-steamed spaghetti (25.0)
This is a seafood pasta with red scallops, priced at 25.0 as written in the original.

I was looking forward to it before ordering, and with the red scallops it has a different charm from a regular oil pasta.

The scallops' sea aroma and savory depth blend into the pasta, so seafood lovers should be happy with it.

It's different from a common vongole pasta. Sake-steamed scallops can't really be bad, and having them with pasta shows off their appeal even more.

Twirl the noodles up for a bite and you get the pasta's flavor and the scallops' savoriness together, so I couldn't stop eating.

I'd recommend it if you like that seafood flavor.

Meat tomato conchiglie (25.0)
The second dish was the tomato conchiglie (25.0). I chose a tomato-based dish to get a different taste from the scallop pasta.

Fresh basil leaves, cheese, tomato and the conchiglie pasta went together really well.

The tomato's fresh, tangy flavor is appealing, and it was good to alternate with the seafood pasta.

Above all, the fresh basil tasted great and matched the tomato so well.

I don't eat conchiglie often, but the tomato meat sauce is on the salty side and suited it quite well.

There was quite a lot of meat sauce at the bottom too, so it was hearty. If you like tomato-based pasta, this is a familiar and tasty choice.

Who is Fleurs sur la route for?
This Seoulsup Western restaurant is charming not just for the food but for the space itself. From the distinctive converted-house exterior to the European-country-home interior, the cute props and soft lighting, I loved the warm, sentimental mood overall.
With terrace seats, a group table and even a room table too,

it's a good Seoulsup pasta place for a special evening date course in Seongsu with your partner, or if you're looking for a blind date spot in Seongsu. Best of all, both dishes were delicious, so if you want both atmosphere and food, I highly recommend it!!!!
