How many times have I been back to Buggy's Gwanpyeong?
Buggy's Gwanpyeong is a handmade burger place in Gwanpyeong-dong, Daejeon, that the writer has revisited too many times to count. Here's my Nth-visit proof! Besides the one in photo 3, I've been many times with people from work 🔜
I worked in Gwanpyeong-dong, Daejeon, so I've been to Buggy's Gwanpyeong with coworkers n times, and now I'm on my nth revisit with my boyfriend too. For parking, just use the underground garage of the building. There's plenty of space, it's roomy and great!
Personally, of all the handmade burger places I've tried, Buggy's in Gwanpyeong-dong, Daejeon was the b-e-s-t. My all-time favorite burger place is Lotteria, but the one I think of right after that is Buggy's.
Lunch at Buggy's Gwanpyeong: do you need a reservation? Can you eat alone?
You can eat comfortably at Buggy's Gwanpyeong without a reservation, and plenty of customers dine solo. The writer booked ahead and came at 12:00, but there weren't many customers that day.
Buggy's lets you eat comfortably without a reservation, so keep that in mind. And lots of people eat alone here. I've eaten solo at Buggy's so many times myself >0< Solo diners, assemble!
Hip interior, a Daejeon burger shop since 2017
Such a hip interior. Is Buggy's a chain? I couldn't remember, so I looked it up, and it only has shops in Daejeon. Not a nationwide chain. There's a Tanbang branch too~ haha
Buggy's opened in 2017 and has been loved steadily ever since,,♡ It's been open much longer than I expected. I had no idea. It looks like a brand-new burger place, you know?
What the two of us ordered at Buggy's Gwanpyeong
The two of us ordered one double cheeseburger set, one bacon cheeseburger on its own, and one cola. Here's the menu~~ heh

If we both got sets it would probably be too much food, so we ordered one set and one single burger, plus an extra cola. Hehe. I also wanted to upgrade the regular fries to sweet potato fries, but apparently that's not allowed. T_T
There are sauces down here too! If you need sauce, you can just grab some and eat it.
🔖 1 double cheeseburger set 🔖 1 bacon cheeseburger on its own. It had been a while since my last visit, so I had no idea how good it would be this time.. The burger smell was incredible even before I walked in, and the look of it makes you want to take a bite right away.
How does Buggy's double cheeseburger taste?
Buggy's Gwanpyeong double cheeseburger has two thick patties and tastes like a clean, textbook handmade burger. To borrow my boyfriend's words, he called it the textbook handmade burger. Nice! That felt like exactly the right description.
Personally, I don't reach for burgers that are too heavy. Buggy's burgers are really clean, just a classic, textbook burger.
It has two very thick patties, true to the name double 🍔 Even my boyfriend, who eats a lot, said he was full.
Buggy's bacon cheeseburger: how juicy is the patty?
The patty in Buggy's Gwanpyeong bacon cheeseburger is, above all, insane. Take a big bite and the patty juices come gushing out.
And the vegetables and fruit are crisp and you can feel how fresh they are. Even in the photo, the green of the lettuce bursts through the screen.
If you like heavy burgers, try the Hangover Burger
If you're thinking, I want a really heavy burger! try Buggy's Hangover Burger. Hash brown, a creamy soft-yolk egg and barbecue sauce all come together, so I hear it's perfect for people who love heavy burgers!
Parking ticket and who Buggy's Gwanpyeong suits
At Buggy's Gwanpyeong, tell the staff after you finish eating and they give you a 1-hour parking ticket. haha There's also a baby chair, so eating out with a child is easy.

Anyway anyway, this is my nth self-paid handmade burger place, and I wonder if my sincerity came across. Buggy's in Gwanpyeong-dong, Daejeon is my favorite spot, and I totally recommend it to these people.
