The inside of CHOP Hair Cheonan Branch was super clean and comfortable haha, and the staff were all so kind~~ The location is right in front of Cheonan Terminal too so accessibility is totally great!!!👍👍👍👍

A cool cut for just 10,000 won more than a layered cut

I originally came to CHOP Hair Cheonan Branch just for a plain layered cut, but the cool cut — cooling care + scalp massage + design cut — was only 10,000 won extra, so I went with that!! If you feel like just a cut isn't enough but a perm or other treatment feels like too much, the cool cut seems like a great option hahaha.

What about drinks and wifi while waiting?

Salon appointments usually take a while so it can get boring, but Sinbu-dong Cheonan's CHOP Hair has free wifi too so I could use my phone without worrying about data~~

They also offered a choice of drinks — Americano, peach iced tea, lemonade, Mabeda herbal tea, or corn silk tea~

I picked the cool peach iced tea, and they gave me some simple snacks with it 😊

Cooling shampoo and scalp massage review

Before the cut, when they shampooed my hair it felt super cool, and they used a massage device along with it for the scalp massage! It was way more refreshing than I expected and my scalp felt so relaxed — if you love scalp massages, I highly recommend trying this!!!! The cooling scent, kind of minty, was so nice too hahaha.

The shampoo room fits up to four people and the chairs were really comfortable hahaha. The shampoo itself was super relaxing and they kept doing the scalp massage while washing hahaha. Lying down for it made it feel even more like healing, like all my fatigue melted away?!?!

After the shampoo they even loosened up my shoulders, which felt so comfortable and nice…>< Isn't this the best value ever hahaha.

Maybe because it was the cool cut, but my hair felt even healthier afterward haha. Next time I want to come back for a wave perm~!!!

Finally, the layered cut is done!! Stylist Taeri did the cut, and she was so meticulous, giving me exactly the look I wanted — not overdone, totally natural — I was so satisfied!!👍✨💖🤍 My bangs had been feeling too heavy and covered, so I told her I wanted slightly see-through bangs, and she made exactly the bangs I wanted right away🥹🥹
