On a Busan trip, the writer arrived around 6:30pm and ordered a medium half salt-grilled, half sauce-grilled plate with Busan Galmaegi soju; the salt-grilled hagfish was clean-tasting with no off-flavor, and the sauce-grilled hagfish was sweet and spicy, a good match for drinks. For travelers trying proper hagfish in Busan for the first time, Gyeongbuksan Kkomjangeo is well worth a stop.
Olibus Italian Restaurant Eojin-dong Flagship is a Western-style restaurant on the first floor of Building B, Sejong Business Center, near Sejong Lake Park in Sejong. For a summer-vacation family meal, the writer booked Olibus through Catch Table, ordered the lunch set (pasta, steak and 2 ades), added crunchy whole fried potatoes, and ate Toowoomba fettuccine and sous vide flat iron steak. Verdict: with the fries, Toowoomba pasta and flat iron steak, Olibus is a satisfying Eojin-dong pick for a family meal or a date.
