Two of us visited Moshi Moshi PNU Branch over the weekend. We ordered one omakase sushi (chef-selected sushi) set, one Assorted Sushi C set, and an additional udon. Having both sets together let us compare the sushi varieties and accompanying dishes.
How do you use parking at Moshi Moshi PNU Branch?
The restaurant is on the first floor at 271-5 Geumgang-ro in Geumjeong-gu, Busan. There was a parking lot right beside it, which made visiting by car convenient.

I kept the parking ticket from the lot, then had it stamped at the restaurant after finishing our meal.

What is the atmosphere like inside?
The interior felt cozy, with wood furnishings and sunlight coming in through the large front windows.

I could also watch sushi being made along one side of the restaurant. They began preparing it as soon as our order came in.
What did two people order?

We ordered 12 pieces of omakase sushi, 10 pieces of Assorted Sushi C, and a separate udon. The omakase sushi included a complimentary mini udon, so diners with smaller appetites may not need to add udon separately.
Before the meal, tofu salad and cabbage salad were served. I especially liked the tofu salad because it was soft and nutty.

What came with Assorted Sushi C, and how did it taste?
Assorted Sushi C came with a pre-meal salad, tofu, 10 pieces of sushi, and tempura. The sushi included a variety such as white fish, salmon, tuna, soy-marinated shrimp, yukhoe (seasoned raw beef) gunkan sushi, and eel.

The slices of raw fish over the rice were long and thick, making each bite filling.

The soy-marinated shrimp sushi had no fishy smell, and the salmon melted softly in my mouth.

I saved the eel, yukhoe gunkan sushi, and tuna for last. The gunkan topped generously with yukhoe was tasty, and I finished with a piece of tuna.

How did omakase sushi differ from Assorted Sushi C?
The omakase sushi had 12 pieces, two more than Assorted Sushi C. The overall composition was similar, but it included abalone instead of yukhoe gunkan sushi, plus cheese-butter shrimp and one additional piece of tuna.
I was satisfied with the fish and sushi selection. Everything from the salads through the meal and tempura was neatly served, so I thought it would also be good for treating someone to a meal.

The shrimp, especially the ones used for the soy-marinated shrimp, were large and plump, making them satisfying to eat.
How were the udon and tempura?
The udon arrived around the middle of the meal: the separately added udon and the complimentary mini udon included with the omakase sushi. It had a pleasantly spicy broth that went well with the sushi.

The tempura included shrimp, sweet potato, and kabocha squash. It was crisp outside and moist inside.

We finished everything. I was satisfied with the thick fish, varied sushi, and accompanying dishes, and I would like to return.
