You know those days when you've walked or stood a lot and your feet are just exhausted? This time I wanted focused care on my feet, so I went to The Foot Shop Massage Bundang Sunae (더풋샵마사지 분당수내역점) near Sunae Station. I had the Basic Foot Care, 60 minutes. I'd never had my feet looked after in this much detail, and the thoroughness really impressed me. ☺️
What is The Foot Shop Massage Bundang Sunae like?

The Foot Shop Massage Bundang Sunae offers care services for recovery and relaxation. A notice at the entrance says it is a leisure space for fatigue relief and healing, separate from medical services.

There was also a discount notice for first-time customers. It's worth checking the conditions before you visit.
How do you get there from Sunae Station, and where do you park?
The shop is about a 3-minute walk from Sunae Station Exit 2, and free parking is available on basement levels 1 and 2 of Daeduk Plaza. Head straight toward Royal Palace, pass the Nonghyup building, and you'll find Daeduk Plaza with a Bodeuram Chicken on the ground floor. The shop is on the 3rd floor of that building.
The garage isn't a mechanical one, and B2 is noted as being relatively roomier, so keep that in mind.
Inside the shop and prices

When you walk in, the front desk is on the left and a shoe storage area is on the right. The whole place is done in white tones, so it feels clean, and it really was kept very tidy when I visited, which gave me a good first impression.

There were also notices about membership and member-pass events. The shop runs various programs, including foot care, sports care, aroma care and couples care. Member and regular prices are listed separately, so check the price of the course you want beforehand.

The shop works by reservation only, by phone or Naver Booking.
What are the changing rooms and showers like?

Before the treatment, I changed into the provided clothes in the changing room.

The men's and women's changing rooms are separate, with mirrors, personal lockers and treatment clothes inside. Everything was neatly arranged, so it was easy to use.

There's a separate shower room too, though I didn't use it this time. Tissues were provided in the changing room, but it's probably wise to bring any personal items you need.
Treatment rooms are split into single and double rooms

Several rooms line the hallway leading to the treatment area.

With separate single and double rooms, the layout works whether you come alone or with someone. The treatment rooms were neatly kept too.
How does the foot bath before the foot care work?

Before the Basic Foot Care, I had a foot bath of about 5 minutes. The foot bath area had a nice atmosphere, a different feel from the treatment rooms, and it was relaxing even just sitting there for a bit.

I soaked my feet in warm water for about 5 minutes. The water had a faint scent, so I think they added something fragrant. When I finished, the therapist dried my feet with a towel herself. Then I was guided to the treatment room.
What is the 60-minute Basic Foot Care like?

The 60-minute Basic Foot Care at The Foot Shop Massage Bundang Sunae is priced at ₩70,000 regular and ₩55,000 for members. I lay comfortably on a bed for the treatment. It focused on the feet, with a short bit of care on both sides of the calves too.
What impressed me most was that they treat everything in detail, from each individual toe to the different areas of the sole. I'd never had care this focused on my feet, so it felt new and fun.
The therapist checked in now and then to see if anything was uncomfortable, and it was so relaxing that I dozed off for a moment toward the end without realizing. Haha. Afterward my feet felt much more comfortable, and personally I felt like the swelling had gone down a little.
Verdict: if you want foot-focused care
This visit to The Foot Shop Massage Bundang Sunae was a satisfying experience for me, since I wanted to focus on my feet. I remember the foot bath, the detailed care of toes and soles, and the attentiveness of checking in about any discomfort.
If you're looking for a massage near Sunae Station with a focus on the feet, the 60-minute Basic Foot Care course at The Foot Shop Massage Bundang Sunae is worth considering.
