HEEDA Jirisan Charcoal Cleansing Balm is a 100ml cleansing balm I tried on makeup-wearing, often dry skin in Korea. After rolling it over my skin, emulsifying it with water, and rinsing with lukewarm water, my skin felt less urgently in need of moisture than usual, though results may vary by skin condition and makeup level.
