A bar with great atmosphere near Suji-gu Office Station: what is Bacha Suji Branch like?
Bacha Suji Branch (바차 수지점) is a cocktail and food bar in the bar alley near Suji-gu Office Station, and its biggest feature is the blue glow inside. If you're looking for a bar with a good mood around Suji-gu Office, Bacha is the place I'd point you to, haha. It suits people on dates or in that flirty "some" stage, so I recommend it as a date bar.
How were the cocktails and beer at Bacha Suji Branch?
At Bacha Suji Branch we ordered beer and Jack & Coke. The cocktails at Bacha all come out really pretty, so they were great for photos and great for drinking too!

Look, the beer foam on top was already eaten away, so no foam left, just a salty little cheers!
The beer had soft foam on top, and a cold beer in a cool place goes down so easily that I think we ordered two glasses.

The Jack & Coke came with a lemon slice like this. If sweet cocktails aren't your thing, this one has a moderate sweet aroma and was clean and easy to drink.

Today's cocktail was a plain one without a standout color, but there's a wide variety of cocktails to pick from by taste, and the beer went nicely with the dishes we ordered today.
How are the brisket jjapaghetti and onion boneless chicken at Bacha Suji Branch, and what do they cost?

At Bacha Suji Branch we ordered the onion boneless chicken (₩20,000) and the brisket jjapaghetti (about ₩11,000). Jjapaghetti is a Korean black bean instant noodle dish.

Brisket jjapaghetti, about ₩11,000
At around ₩11,000 the brisket jjapaghetti is affordable and the portion was hearty. The brisket and the egg with its yolk left runny are piled on top, and it felt almost like eating pasta. Wrapping the noodles in that big piece of brisket and eating it in one bite blended with the jjapaghetti flavor, which made it great as a beer snack too,

and the glass of beer was already finished.. we'd drunk it all earlier along with the onion chicken..
The jjapaghetti came with kimchi too, so you can adjust the seasoning and it never gets bland. Brisket plus jjapaghetti after chicken, when we were already full, should have been too heavy, but the kimchi kept resetting my mouth. We'd eaten dinner separately, and the two of us still cleared all of this!

Onion boneless chicken, ₩20,000
And the onion boneless chicken was ₩20,000 and came with french fries. The batter was clean, and even though it's boneless,

it was moist rather than dry, so it was easy to keep eating.

Signature Bacha seafood jjim and other dishes
The most famous dish at Bacha Suji Branch is the Bacha seafood jjim (바차바다찜, ₩35,000), and a friend of mine likes it so much that she'd go there alone just to eat it.

There are also dishes like Bacha clam jjim, seafood red gambas, roach shrimp and mozzarella chili shrimp, so it's a place with plenty to choose from.

They bring a pretzel snack and cold iced water too, so it was nice to cool off and sip water before all the dishes arrived.
Summing up the food at Bacha Suji Branch
Even the basic snacks at Bacha Suji Branch come out really tasty. The onion boneless chicken had just the right amount of onion sauce, so my hand kept going back, and even though I'd eaten dinner separately that day and was full, I kept eating the brisket jjapaghetti.
I've tried many other dishes here, and my favorite was the pollock roe bacon cream pasta. The saltiness of the pollock roe and the savory bacon blended well with the cream sauce.
What are the interior and terrace seats like at Bacha Suji Branch?

Bacha Suji Branch has a blue-lit interior and the mood was great. The lighting isn't too dim anywhere, so it was good for photos. There's something on every wall and a plant on the floor, and a place that's pretty in every corner without feeling cluttered seems to make the drinks go down even better.

The terrace seats are prettily decorated and the sign is pretty too, so I was already excited from the front of the shop.

The seats are all spaciously arranged, and the inside is kept really cool,

so it's perfect to visit in summer.
Is Bacha Suji Branch a good date bar near Suji-gu Office Station?

You can feel that Bacha Suji Branch pays attention even to basic snacks that could easily be unremarkable. My friend said she'd go alone just for the Bacha seafood jjim, and the signature dish really does add something extra special.

You can see the care put into the look of the cocktails too, and thanks to the blue lighting, both the food and the people come out well in photos, so it was fun to hang out. If you're looking for a bar with a good mood around Suji-gu Office, I think Bacha is worth planning for your next date.
