Furg Pizza Inha University Station branch is a pizzeria located on the first floor of the E-Pyeonhansesang City shopping building near Inha University Station. They do delivery, but there's also space to eat in, so I decided to go eat there in person 👣 It's close to Inha University too, so I imagine students often come here for lunch 👀✨️

Furg Pizza is on the opposite side from the apartment complex, and since it was daytime, I found it on a quiet street — spots that are too crowded and bustling can feel a bit much, so I always hesitate to go 👀💦

Furg Pizza Inha University Station branch gets really great sun during the day ✨️ The table right up front is spacious and pretty, but the ceilings are high so even with the AC on it felt a little warm haha, and the sun felt a bit strong, so I decided to sit further inside!

Furg Pizza has two 4-person tables and one 2-person table, so it's an Inha University pizza place you can actually come dine in at, not just order delivery from 🫶 Steel tables, acrylic chairs, and a pop of primary blue give it a mid-century modern interior — a clean, breezy vibe inside 👀 The atmosphere and interior are clean and cute, so I feel like it could easily be on an Inha University date course 🤭

It's a combination of FREE + PUG, meaning they want their pizza — made like a proper dish — to deliver the same warmth as spending happy, free time with a warm, laid-back pug dog amid a busy daily life 🐶

Furg Pizza's truffle shrimp scallop has shrimp and scallop on every slice, topped with potato chips and bonito flakes over truffle sauce. It's a clearly different flavor and aroma from the shrimp pizzas I've had at other pizzerias 🥰🦐

The other half is smoked charcoal-grilled bulgogi flavor 🔥 Bulgogi marinated in a special sauce and grilled over open flame, you can taste the smoky char! With veggies, mushrooms, and cheese on top, it's a sweet-and-salty pizza aimed squarely at Korean tastebuds 😊

Furg Pizza's bagel-dough crust and how big the XR size is

Furg Pizza doesn't use regular dough — it's bagel dough, giving it a chewier yet softer texture, more like a bakery-style pizza 🍕 The XR size comes cut into 6 slices total, 3 of each flavor! Each slice is pretty sizable, so if you don't eat much, I'd recommend the medium size 👀

New York buffalo wings and dipping sauces at Furg Pizza

The New York buffalo wings I ordered as a side taste like the flavor you already know, but a familiar flavor can still be delicious, right? 🥳 Furg Pizza's crust is on the thinner side, which is a relief, but since it's a flour-based meal, I ordered these as a bit of protein on the side 🐔 Salty with a slight kick of spice, eating them in between bites felt like starting fresh!

I'd ordered the sauces to dip the crust edges into, and even though the crust isn't thick, it probably would've been crispy and tasty plain — but since I'd already ordered them, might as well dip generously 😖❣️ Mom said the chipotle sauce has a slight tang, so it's less heavy than garlic haha. I liked the garlic dipping sauce for its nutty flavor!

We often add both shrimp and scallop to pasta together, but having scallop on pizza felt new ✨️ The scallop's texture was good, but the shrimp was really thick and generous, which made it even better 🦐🫶 This shrimp scallop is a flavor I'd want again!

Mom seemed to like the shrimp scallop more too, since she picked it for her last slice, so naturally my last slice ended up being the smoked charcoal-grilled bulgogi 😋
