Looking at my plain, boring nails as autumn arrived, I really wanted a change of mood. So I went to a nail salon near me in Dongtan for a small refresh. The Naver reviews were great and I'd been dying to try it, and I finally made it!!! Let me introduce Green Nail (그린네일) in Bansong-dong '_' ♥

Green Nail is at 12 Dongtanbansong-gil, Unit 103, on the ground floor in Bansong-dong, Dongtan, and you can park right behind the shop. The mint sign already feels so fresh, doesn't it?

It's on the ground floor, so this Dongtan nail salon was super easy to find. I booked through Naver Reservation the day before and then visited.

Green Nail is an all-in-one salon: not just nails, but also pedicures, hand and foot care, care for problem hands and feet, and lash care.

Green Nail is one-to-one and by reservation only, so please make sure to book before you go. Gyeonggi local currency can be used too.

What is the inside of Green Nail like?

The interior is white-toned and tidy all around. The moment I walked in, such a cozy feeling! I fell for the white interior first, and then for how clean the whole shop is.

There's a comfy sofa to sit on while you wait, plus a sink for washing your hands.

How many gel colors does Green Nail offer?

Green Nail has a really huge range of colors, and you can test them on your nails before choosing. No two colors under the sky are the same! Even ones that look alike turn out subtly different once they're on your nail, right? (Girls will get it.. haha) One tiny difference can make a color look warmer or give it a luxurious mood. Do test them and find the color that suits you.

Are Green Nail's prices reasonable?

The price list is kept in the shop, and by the writer's standards the prices are really kind compared with what things cost in Dongtan these days. Which makes me like it even more.. ♡

How was Green Nail's monthly art design?

I booked with a designer at Green Nail and asked for the monthly art. She kindly told me colors could be changed and to take my time looking. Her nail removal and care were thorough too, really top-level skill.

As a nail lover who's been doing nails for n years, I can say she paid careful attention throughout, telling me to speak up if anything felt hot, so I was comfortable the whole time.

This month's art at Green Nail is black and gray magnetic colors topped with dots. In the photo I can even see some purple. Even from every angle the colors all look different, so fascinating!
