Cleansing balm for dry skin, makeup removal test: HEEDA Jirisan

How was the HEEDA cleansing balm used on combination-dry skin?

I have enlarged pores and some oiliness around my T-zone, so on days with heavy makeup I usually double cleanse. I used this product as a first cleanser to remove makeup while also managing my pores.

What are the texture and packaging like?

It's described as a cleansing balm with naturally derived ingredients and charcoal. The black texture felt unfamiliar at first — I wasn't sure it would actually cleanse properly — but I reminded myself it contains charcoal and went ahead.

The product itself was black in color, and came with a built-in spatula.

How did the balm feel while removing makeup?

Scooping it out with the spatula, it came up smoothly, and I spread it widely over my whole face before rolling it in. The scent was subtle, and on my skin there was almost no irritation — it felt gentle to use.

I rolled it slowly for about 2-3 minutes, then rinsed thoroughly with lukewarm water. For me, it rinsed off well with just lukewarm water, and I didn't follow up with a separate cleansing foam.

Was skin tight or dry after cleansing?

After cleansing, my makeup and excess oil felt washed away. Even though my skin is sensitive and combination-dry, I didn't notice any tightness or inner dryness after some time had passed.
