Boiled pork bossam at Daseon Kalguksu, near Suwon Station, Sunday noon

Daseon Kalguksu Main Branch is a 25-year-old kalguksu and bossam restaurant on Hyanggyo-ro near Exit 8 of Suwon Station in Suwon, Gyeonggi. The bossam sits over steam like a steamer basket the whole meal, staying moist enough to explain the wait.
