Since it's said to dissolve easily even in cold water, I prepared it with cold water.

As soon as I opened the bag, a strong mugwort scent came out, and my mouth was already watering. Today I'm just making the soy milk, but later I'm planning to try making mugwort Basque cheesecake and other desserts using mugwort too 😋

After mixing it all together, I took a sip and it was really delicious, and since I wanted it even colder, I added ice.

Just look at that truly deep mugwort green color..💚 A color like this couldn't possibly taste bad.

The nutty taste of the soy milk and the deep aroma of the mugwort went really well together, and it made me want to make a big batch in summer, freeze it, and turn it into mugwort ice cream or mugwort bingsu (shaved ice).
